6. Setup Guide
6.1. Battery Installation and Charging
- Ensure the drone and remote control are powered off.
- Insert the drone battery into the fuselage. The battery is modular for easy exchange.
- Connect the USB charging cable to the drone battery and a suitable USB power source (e.g., computer, USB wall adapter).
- Charge the drone battery for approximately 90-120 minutes until fully charged.
- For the remote control, ensure its built-in lithium battery is charged via USB, or insert 3 AAA batteries if applicable (not included).

6.2. Propeller and Guardrail Installation
- Attach the protective covers (guardrails) to the drone's motor arms to protect the propellers during flight.
- Ensure propellers are securely fastened. Use the provided screwdriver if necessary.
6.3. Pairing the Drone and Remote Control
- Place the drone on a flat, level surface.
- Power on the drone. The LED lights will flash.
- Power on the remote control.
- Perform automatic frequency matching: The drone and remote control should automatically pair. The drone's LED lights will become solid once paired.
- Perform one-key calibration: Press the calibration button on the remote control (refer to the remote control diagram in Section 4.2). This resets the drone's gyroscopes for stable flight.

6.4. App Connection (for FPV and advanced features)
- Download the dedicated X6Pro drone app (refer to the APP Manual for QR code or app store links).
- Turn on your mobile phone's Wi-Fi.
- Connect to the drone's Wi-Fi network (usually named something like "X6Pro-XXXX").
- Open the app. You should see a real-time video feed from the drone's camera.

7. Operating Instructions
7.1. Basic Flight Controls
- One-key Takeoff/Landing: Press the dedicated button on the remote control for automatic takeoff or landing.
- Ascend/Descend: Use the left throttle lever (MODE2) to control altitude.
- Forward/Backward: Push the right steering rod up/down.
- Turn Left/Right: Push the left throttle lever left/right.
- Lateral Flight (Sideways): Push the right steering rod left/right.
- 360-degree Roll: Press the 360° roll button and then push the right steering rod in the desired direction for a flip.
7.2. Advanced Features
- Altitude Hold Mode: The drone maintains a stable altitude automatically, making it easier to control.
- Optical Flow Positioning: Provides stable flight and precise hovering, especially useful indoors or in areas with good ground texture.
- Headless Mode: In this mode, the drone's orientation is relative to the pilot, eliminating the need to adjust its position before flight. Press the headless mode button (short press) to activate/deactivate.
- Three-directional Obstacle Avoidance: The drone can detect and avoid obstacles in three directions, enhancing flight safety.
- Trajectory Flight: Draw a flight path on your mobile app screen, and the drone will autonomously follow the designated path.
- Real-time Transmission (FPV): View live video from the drone's camera on your mobile device via the app.
- LED Lights: The drone features a unique LED strip design for enhanced visibility and outstanding night flight.

7.3. Emergency Stop
In case of an emergency or loss of control, press the dedicated emergency stop button on the remote control to immediately cut power to the motors and land the drone. This protects the aircraft in special situations.

8. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the drone with a soft, dry cloth after each use. Avoid using water or solvents.
- Propellers: Regularly check propellers for damage (cracks, bends). Replace damaged propellers immediately using the spare blades provided.
- Battery Care: Store batteries in a cool, dry place. Do not overcharge or over-discharge. If not used for a long time, charge the battery to about 50% every three months.
- Storage: When not in use, fold the drone and store it in the provided storage bag to protect it from dust and damage.

9. Troubleshooting
- Drone not responding: Ensure both drone and remote control are powered on and successfully paired. Re-calibrate the drone. Check battery levels.
- Unstable flight: Perform a one-key calibration on a flat surface. Check for damaged propellers and replace if necessary. Ensure no strong winds are affecting flight.
- No FPV feed: Ensure your phone is connected to the drone's Wi-Fi network and the app is open. Check Wi-Fi signal strength.
- Short flight time: Ensure the battery is fully charged before flight. Battery performance may degrade over time; consider replacing old batteries.
- Obstacle avoidance not working: Ensure the drone's sensors are clean and unobstructed. Fly in well-lit conditions as sensors may struggle in low light.
10. User Tips
No specific user tips from reviews or Q&A are available at this time. However, general tips for drone users include:
- Practice basic controls in a safe, open area before attempting advanced maneuvers.
- Always keep the drone within your line of sight.
- Be mindful of battery life and plan your flights accordingly to avoid unexpected landings.
