2. Important Safety Precautions
Please read all instructions carefully before using the product to ensure safe and proper operation.
- Always unplug the power cord before cleaning the display. Use a soft, wet cloth for cleaning; avoid liquid or spray cleaners. For stubborn stains, use an LCD screen cleaner.
- Do not use accessories not recommended by the manufacturer, as they may pose hazards.
- When unplugging the power cord or adapter, always hold the power plug, not the cord itself.
- Keep the display away from water sources (bathtubs, sinks, washing machines, wet ground, swimming pools).
- Do not press the LCD screen surface with fingers or hard objects.
- Ensure proper ventilation: The grooves and holes on the display's casing are for ventilation and heat dissipation. Do not block these openings by placing the display on soft surfaces (bed, sofa, carpet) or near radiators/heaters. Avoid placing it in embedded devices without adequate ventilation.
- Use only the power supply type indicated on the nameplate. Consult your dealer or local power administration if unsure.
- If the power cord or adapter has a three-prong plug, ensure it is used with a properly grounded socket. If your socket doesn't match, contact an electrician for replacement.
- Do not attempt to repair the display yourself, as it involves high voltage. Refer servicing to qualified maintenance personnel.
- Unplug the power cord and contact qualified personnel if the power cord/plug is damaged, the display has been dropped or damaged, or any other obvious abnormality occurs.
- Place the display in a well-ventilated environment, away from strong light, high temperatures, or humidity.
- Storage temperature should be between -20°C and 55°C to prevent permanent damage.
- The monitor screen is fragile; handle with care during movement.

7. Simple Problems Disposal
| Symptoms | Disposal Methods |
|---|---|
| 1. Blank screen / Power indicator does not work | Check whether the power supply is in good contact with the display and the power socket; and check whether the display is turned off. |
| 2. Dark screen | Enter the "Display" menu to regulate the contrast and the brightness of the display. |
| 3. Display overheating | Leave at least 10cm of ventilated space around the display. Do not place articles on the display. |
| 4. Dark/light spots when powered on | This is normal. Due to temperature differences, the backlit tube may emit uneven light initially. It will normalize after about 20 minutes, and spots will be eliminated. |
| 5. Image distortion, flashing, shaking | Check your computer configuration, choose the correct resolution, and reset your refresh rate. |
| 6. Noisy signal when powered off | During power-off, some noisy signals on the screen caused by normal discharge are expected. |
Safety Protection
When the PC video signal exceeds the frequency range of the display, the display will disable the line and field synchronizing signals to protect itself. In this situation, you must set the output frequency of the PC to an acceptable range for the display to work properly.
