4. Setup

4.1 Battery Installation

  1. Unscrew the tail cap of the flashlight.
  2. Remove the white circular insulating sheet from the battery compartment. If the battery has a transparent film, please also remove it.
  3. Insert the 3000mAh rechargeable battery with the positive (+) end facing towards the head of the flashlight.
  4. Screw the tail cap back on securely.

4.2 Charging

The SUPERFIRE X60 features a Type-C charging interface.

  1. Locate the Type-C charging port on the flashlight body.
  2. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the flashlight and a standard 5V/1A USB power source. Note: Fast charging chargers are not supported and may damage the battery.
  3. During charging, a red indicator light will blink.
  4. Once fully charged, the indicator light will turn solid blue.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off and Mode Selection

The flashlight features 4 lighting modes: High, Low, Strobe, and Superbright.

  1. To Turn On: Press the power switch once to activate the strong light mode.
  2. To Cycle Modes: While the flashlight is on, continue to press the switch to cycle through the modes in the order: High Light → Low Light → Strobe → Off.
  3. Superbright Mode: Double-click the switch from any gear (mode) to instantly activate the extremely bright mode.
  4. To Turn Off: Long press the switch, or cycle through all modes until it turns off.

5.2 Zoom Function

The SUPERFIRE X60 features a telescopic zoom function for adjusting the beam from a wide floodlight to a focused spotlight.

  • Zoom Out (Wide Angle): Extend the head of the flashlight forward to widen the beam for broader illumination.
  • Zoom In (Focused Beam): Retract the head of the flashlight backward to narrow the beam for long-distance illumination.

6. Maintenance

6.1 General Care

  • Keep the flashlight clean and dry. Wipe with a soft, damp cloth if necessary.
  • Avoid dropping the flashlight or subjecting it to strong impacts.

6.2 Battery Care and Storage

  • Store the battery in a dry environment, away from children.
  • Do not install the battery upside down or store it with metal objects like spoons, which could cause a short circuit.
  • The battery cannot be overcharged or over-discharged. Operate in strict accordance with the instructions for use.
  • When the battery is exhausted, charge it as soon as possible to prevent damage.
  • If the flashlight is idle for an extended period, charge the battery at least once a month.
  • Keep the battery away from heat and fire sources. Do not modify the battery.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Flashlight not working after unboxing: Ensure the white circular insulating sheet and any transparent film have been removed from the battery. Reassemble the flashlight securely.
  • Battery leakage: If the battery leaks, immediately wash any contaminated skin and clothing with water. If the condition is severe, consult a doctor.
  • Flashlight feels warm during use: The flashlight uses a high-power LED chip, and heat generation (within 45°C) is a normal phenomenon during operation. There is no need to worry unless the temperature exceeds this range significantly.

8. Safety Precautions

  • Do not disassemble the product by yourself to avoid short circuits or damage.
  • Do not use the flashlight in environments above 45°C.
  • It is forbidden to directly irradiate people's eyes with the flashlight, as this may cause temporary blindness or unnecessary injury.
  • Always use a normal charger (5V/1A) for charging. Avoid fast charging chargers.
  • Keep the flashlight and its components out of reach of children.
