1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

  • Always ensure the machine is placed on a stable, level surface.
  • Keep hands clear of moving parts and the heating element during operation.
  • Do not operate the machine with wet hands or in wet conditions.

3. Setup

3.1 Unpacking

Carefully remove the machine from its packaging. Inspect for any damage during transit. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.

3.2 Placement

Place the cup sealing machine on a sturdy, flat, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the machine.

3.3 Power Connection

Connect the power cord to a grounded 220V/50Hz electrical outlet. Ensure the power switch on the machine is in the 'OFF' position before plugging in.

3.4 Film Roll Installation

  1. Open the film roll cover.
  2. Place the sealing film roll onto the film holder rods, ensuring the film unwinds correctly for feeding.
  3. Thread the film through the guides and over the sealing area.
  4. Close the film roll cover.

3.5 Cup Holder Adjustment

The machine supports cup diameters of 90mm and 95mm. Ensure the correct cup holder ring is installed for your cup size. The cup holder height can be adjusted to accommodate cups with a sealing height of 1-135mm.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On and Temperature Setting

  1. Flip the 'POWER' switch to 'ON'. The 'HEAT LIGHT' will illuminate.
  2. Adjust the temperature knob according to the type of beverage and cup material. Recommended temperatures are:
    • Hot drinks: 150-160°C
    • Normal drinks: 165-175°C
    • Cold drinks: 180-190°C
  3. Allow the machine to preheat until the 'TEMP LIGHT' turns off, indicating the set temperature has been reached.

4.2 Sealing Process

  1. Place a filled cup into the cup holder.
  2. Push the cup holder tray inward until it is fully under the sealing area.
  3. Pull the operating lever down firmly and hold for a few seconds (typically 1-3 seconds, depending on film and temperature).
  4. Release the lever and pull the cup holder tray outward. The sealed cup will be ready, and the film will automatically advance for the next seal.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

  • Always unplug the machine and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  • Wipe down the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the machine in water.
  • Clean the sealing plate and cup holder regularly to prevent residue buildup.
  • Remove any film scraps or debris from the film path.

5.2 Heat Element Check

Periodically inspect the heat element for any signs of wear or damage. A properly functioning heat element is crucial for effective sealing.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Machine not powering on: Check power cord connection and wall outlet. Ensure the power switch is 'ON'.
  • Film not sealing properly: Verify the temperature setting is appropriate for the cup and film material. Ensure the film is correctly threaded and tensioned. Check the heat element for damage.
  • Film not advancing: Check for any obstructions in the film path. Ensure the film roll is installed correctly.
  • Cups not fitting: Confirm the correct cup holder ring (90mm or 95mm) is installed and the cup height adjustment is set appropriately.
