7. Troubleshooting

7.1 No display after power on?

  • Confirm your device is connected to the TV correctly via HDMI.
  • Ensure your TV is set to the correct HDMI input source.

7.2 Unable to boot up?

  • If the indicator light does not light up and there is no output from the TV, check if the power supply is normal.
  • Ensure you are using a 5V/2A power adapter.
  • Check if the power adapter or USB cable is damaged.

7.3 TV has images but no sound?

  • Make sure your TV is not muted and the volume is not set too low.
  • Check audio settings on the TV Stick.

7.4 Fail to connect to the network?

  • If using a wired connection, make sure the Ethernet cable is properly connected.
  • If using Wi-Fi, ensure Wi-Fi is enabled on the device and your router is functional.
  • Verify that the TV Stick has a strong enough signal from your router.
  • Double-check the Wi-Fi password.

7.5 Remote control failure?

  • Replace the battery of the remote control with new ones, ensuring correct polarity.
  • Make sure the remote control is within range of the TV stick.
  • Go to the Setting menu to unpair and re-pair the remote control.

7.6 Restore Factory Settings

If the device encounters strange software problems (e.g., app flashing, unstable system operation), you can try a factory reset:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Find Factory Reset (often under Device Preferences > Reset).
  3. Click "Factory Reset" and confirm.
  4. Wait for the machine to automatically enter the main screen after the restoration. Do not power off the device during this process.

8. User Tips

  • Power Adapter: Always use a 5V/2A power adapter for the TV stick. Using a lower amperage adapter (e.g., 5V/0.5A from some TV USB ports) may prevent the device from turning on or functioning correctly.
  • Remote Control Pairing: If your remote control is unresponsive, perform a factory reset (see section 7.6). After the device restarts, long-press the right and left keys on the remote simultaneously until it pairs successfully.
  • Optimal Performance: For the best streaming experience, ensure your Wi-Fi router is placed in an open area and within reasonable proximity to the TV stick to maximize Wi-Fi 6 benefits.

9. Maintenance

  • Keep the device clean by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or high humidity.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the device, as this will void any warranty and may cause damage.

10. Warranty and Support

For detailed warranty information and technical support, please refer to the official product documentation or contact the seller directly. The user manual PDF contains additional information that may be helpful.
