4. Setup
4.1 Bluetooth Pairing
- Keep the EKSA H35 headset and your device (phone, computer, etc.) within 1 meter of each other for optimal connection.
- When no external device is connected, press and hold the Multi-function Button (MFB) until the blue LED light flashes alternately. This indicates the headset is in pairing mode. (Note: If no reconnection is detected upon powering on, the earphones will automatically enter pairing mode).
- Enable Bluetooth on your device and search for available devices. Select "H35" from the list.
- Once successfully paired and connected, the blue LED light will stay on, indicating a successful connection. You can now enjoy Bluetooth audio and calls.
4.2 Bluetooth Automatic Reconnection
- After the initial pairing, no further pairing is required for subsequent uses. The headset will automatically connect to the last paired device when powered on.
- If the headset moves out of the effective range but returns within 5 minutes, it will automatically reconnect to the established Bluetooth connection.
4.3 Dual Connection Feature
The EKSA H35 supports simultaneous connection to two different devices.
- Successfully connect the headset to the first Bluetooth device.
- Turn off the Bluetooth on the first device.
- Connect the headset to the second Bluetooth device.
- After the second device is connected, turn on the Bluetooth on the first device. The headset will automatically reconnect to both devices.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Multi-function Button (MFB)

6. LED Indicator Guide
The LED indicator provides visual feedback on the headset's status:
- Pairing Mode: Blue light flashes alternately
- Pairing Successful: Blue light stays on
- Charging: Red light stays on
- Charging Complete: Red light turns off
7. Maintenance
- Ear Pad Care: The ear pads are detachable and replaceable. This design allows for easy cleaning and maintenance, which helps extend the service life of your headphones. Regularly clean the ear pads with a soft, dry cloth.
- General Cleaning: Wipe the headset with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Storage: When not in use, store the headset in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. The foldable design makes it easy to store and transport.
8. Troubleshooting
- No Power: Ensure the headset is charged. Connect the Type-C charging cable and check the LED indicator.
- Cannot Pair: Make sure the headset is in pairing mode (blue LED flashing alternately). Keep the headset and device within 1 meter. Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device.
- No Sound: Check the volume levels on both the headset and your connected device. Ensure the headset is successfully paired and connected (blue LED solid).
- Microphone Not Working: Ensure the MIC switch is turned on. If in wired mode, the microphone is unavailable.
- Intermittent Connection: Ensure there are no obstructions between the headset and your device. Stay within the 10m operating range.
- Reset to Factory Settings: If experiencing persistent issues, click the MFB button 5 times. The device will automatically power off after resetting.
9. Charger Power Information
The power delivered by the charger must be between a minimum of 0.1 Watts (required by the radio equipment) and a maximum of 1 Watt in order to achieve the maximum charging speed for the EKSA H35 headset.

This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules.
