4. Setup Guide
4.1. Power Connection
Connect the provided power adapter to the camera. Ensure you select the correct plug type for your region (EU, US, UK, AU).

If the standard cable length is insufficient, a 3M (9.8 ft) extension cable (DC 12V 2A, 5.5x2.5mm interface) can be purchased separately.

4.2. App Installation and Initial Pairing
- Download the O-KAM Pro app from your mobile device's app store (Android/iOS).
- Register or log in to your O-KAM Pro account.
- Power on the camera. Wait for the device indicator to flash and listen for a prompt tone indicating it's ready for network configuration. If not, long-press the reset button (located near the Micro SD card slot) until you hear the prompt tone.
- In the app, select 'Add a new device' and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Scan the QR code displayed in the app with the camera lens from a distance of 5-10 inches (15-30cm).
- Once a 'beep' sound is heard from the camera, confirm in the app. The camera will then connect to your network.
- Name your camera (e.g., 'Garage', 'Front door', 'Yard') and complete the binding process.

4.3. Wi-Fi Connection
The camera supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi networks, offering flexibility and stable connectivity. Ensure your router is compatible with dual-band operation for optimal performance.

4.4. Physical Installation
The camera is designed for both ceiling and wall-mounted installations. Use the provided screws and waterproof lid to secure the camera in your desired outdoor or indoor location. Ensure the camera has a clear line of sight to the area you wish to monitor.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Pan & Tilt Control
The camera offers 320° horizontal pan and 90° vertical tilt rotation. You can control the camera's viewing angle directly from the O-KAM Pro app, allowing you to monitor a wide area remotely.

5.2. Digital Zoom
Utilize the 5X digital zoom feature within the app to get a closer look at specific details in the camera's field of view.
5.3. Dual Lens & Dual Screens
The camera features dual lenses (e.g., two 5MP lenses for 10MP 5K resolution) that provide a broader and more detailed view. The O-KAM Pro app allows you to view feeds from both lenses simultaneously on dual screens, enhancing your surveillance capabilities.

5.4. AI Human Detection & Auto Tracking
The camera's AI motion sensor can intelligently detect human shapes, sending instant alerts to your phone. This minimizes false alarms from non-human objects like vehicles or trees. When a person is detected, the camera can automatically track their movement within the protected area.

5.5. Smart Dual Light Modes (Night Vision)
The camera features Smart Dual Light Modes, allowing for clear vision even in low-light conditions. It can automatically illuminate and provide color night vision when motion is detected, acting as a deterrent. You can also choose between color night vision and traditional IR night view modes within the app.

5.6. Two-Way Audio

6. Maintenance
6.1. Cleaning
To ensure optimal performance and image clarity, regularly clean the camera lens and housing. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe away dust and dirt. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the lens or finish.
6.2. Weather Resistance
The camera has an IP66 rating, making it waterproof and dustproof. It is designed to withstand various outdoor weather conditions, including rain and snow, within an operating temperature range of -10°C to 60°C.

6.3. Firmware Updates

7. Troubleshooting
- Camera not connecting to Wi-Fi: Ensure the camera is within range of your Wi-Fi router. Verify that your Wi-Fi password is correct. If using a dual-band router, try connecting to both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks. Perform a factory reset by pressing the reset button if necessary.
- Poor image quality: Check the lens for dirt or obstructions. Ensure adequate lighting in the monitored area. Verify your internet connection speed, especially for higher resolution streams.
- Motion detection not working: Ensure motion detection is enabled in the app settings. Adjust sensitivity levels. Check the detection zone settings to ensure the desired areas are covered.
- Two-way audio issues: Check the microphone and speaker settings in the app. Ensure your phone's volume is up. Verify that there are no obstructions blocking the camera's speaker or microphone.
- App not responding: Close and restart the O-KAM Pro app. Ensure your app is updated to the latest version. Restart your mobile device.

- Optimal Placement: For best coverage, consider mounting the camera at a height that allows for a wide field of view while still being able to capture facial details of individuals approaching.

- Network Stability: A stable Wi-Fi connection is crucial for consistent performance. If experiencing frequent disconnections, consider using the 5GHz band for better speed or a Wi-Fi extender for improved signal strength.
