- Mount the Camera:
- Use the provided screws and waterproof lid for secure side installation.
- Drill pilot holes, insert wall anchors if necessary, and attach the camera bracket firmly.
- Connect Power: Connect the DC 12V 2A power supply to the camera's power input. Ensure the waterproof lid is properly sealed around the cable connections to protect against weather.
4.2 Network Connection
- Download the O-Kam Pro App: Search for "O-Kam Pro" in your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android) and install it.
- Register/Log In: Open the app and create a new account or log in if you already have one.
- Add Device: Follow the in-app instructions to add your new camera. This typically involves scanning a QR code on the camera or manually entering its ID.
- Connect to WiFi:
- The camera supports both 2.4Ghz and 5.0Ghz WiFi networks.
- Select your preferred network and enter the password. For stable connection, especially over longer distances, 2.4Ghz might be more reliable, while 5.0Ghz offers higher bandwidth for better image quality if signal strength is good.
