5. Setup and Pairing
Before first use, ensure both earbuds and the charging case are fully charged.
Step 1: Initial Pairing
- Take both earbuds out of the charging case. They will automatically power on and attempt to pair with each other.
- The LED light on the earbuds will flash quickly while pairing. Once successfully connected to each other, the LED light will flash slowly.
- If the earbuds are not connected to your device for more than 5 minutes, they will automatically turn off. To manually turn them on, press the MFB button for about 3 seconds until you hear "Power on".
Step 2: Connect to your Device
- Enable Bluetooth on your phone or other device.
- Search for "T19" in the list of available Bluetooth devices and select it to connect.
- You should hear a voice prompt "Connected" when wearing the earbuds. The earbud indicator light will turn off once connected.

Automatic Connection
By default, the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device when powered on.
Single Earbud Use
These earbuds can be used individually. To use a single earbud, simply take one out of the case and connect it to your phone. If using both and you wish to switch to single mode, manually turn off one earbud or place it back in the charging case.

Telephone Communication
- Answer Call: Tap once (L/R)
- Reject Call/Hang Up: Press and hold for 2 seconds (L/R)

7. Charging
Charging the Earbuds
The earbuds will only charge when correctly placed in the charging slots of the case and the lid is closed. You can charge the case and earbuds simultaneously, or charge the case first, then the earbuds.
- The earbud indicator light will show red while charging.
- When fully charged, the charging case will stop charging automatically, and the earbud indicator light will turn off.
- While earbuds are charging in the case, the LED bar on the case will blink.

Use the provided Type-C USB charging cable to charge the case directly. During charging, the digital display on the case will flash and show the battery level in real-time. When fully charged, the display will show "100".

Charging Alerts
- If earbuds do not charge after prolonged use, it might be due to oxidation of the magnet connectors. Clean the magnet connectors on both earbuds and the charging case with an alcohol wipe.
- When placed in the charging case, earbuds will turn off immediately and the case will begin charging them automatically.
8. Maintenance
- If the earbuds have not been used for more than 3 months, it is recommended to charge them.
- Use a charger approved by FCC (Federal Communications Commission).
- Do not disassemble the earbuds.
- Children aged 12 and under require adult supervision when using the earbuds.
- Do not expose the earbuds to high or low temperatures.
- Avoid using the earbuds during a thunderstorm.

A: Ensure the earbuds are fully charged and powered on. Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is enabled.
If the above conditions are met and you still have issues, turn off the powered-on earbuds by 5 continuous and quick clicks. Place them back in the charging case, close the lid, wait for 1 minute, then open the charging case and try to reconnect.
- Q: Why does the music cut in or out?

A: First, ensure the earbuds are within 15 meters of your phone with no obstacles.
If the distance is less than 15m, try the following:
- Put the earbuds back into the case and close the lid. On your phone, manually "forget" the "T19" device in Bluetooth settings.
- After 10 seconds, open the charging case and reconnect the earbuds with your phone.
- Q: Why won't the earbuds charge or disconnect from the phone after I put them in the case and close the lid?

A: Make sure the charging case is not in a low battery state. If the charging case battery is low, the earbuds will neither charge nor disconnect. Use a Type-C charging cable to fully charge the case.
