- Avoid Water: This device is not waterproof. Keep it away from water and moisture.
- Handle with Care: Avoid dropping or subjecting the device to strong impacts.
8. Troubleshooting
- Device not powering on: Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect it to a power source using the Type-C cable.
- Cannot pair with a device:
- Ensure the B65 is in the correct mode (RX for receiving, TX for transmitting).
- Make sure the target Bluetooth device (headphones, speaker, phone) is in pairing mode.
- Reset the B65 adapter by pressing and holding the "TX/RX" button to clear old pairing records.
- Ensure the devices are within the 10-meter wireless range.
- No audio or poor audio quality:
- Check all cable connections (3.5mm AUX).
- Ensure the volume on both the B65 and the connected audio device is turned up.
- Verify that the correct audio input/output is selected on your source/receiving device.
- If using multipoint connection in TX mode, ensure both connected devices support the same audio format encoding for best results.
- Audio delay when connecting two speakers (TX mode): While the B65 supports aptX Low Latency (LL), some devices or specific setups might introduce slight delays. For critical applications, ensure both receiving devices support aptX LL and are of the same model/brand for optimal synchronization.
- AAC codec not working in TX mode: The B65 supports AAC decoding in RX mode and aptX-Adaptive AD/aptX-HD/aptX-LL/aptX/SBC in TX mode. AAC is not listed as a TX mode encoding option.
9. User Tips
- Optimal Multipoint Performance: When using the dual stream multipoint connect feature in TX mode, try to use two identical Bluetooth headsets or speakers, or devices that support the same audio format encoding. This can help ensure the best audio quality and synchronization.
- Dedicated Audio Transmission: Remember that the VAORLO B65 is specifically designed for audio transmission. It is not compatible with data transfer for devices like keyboards, mice, or file sharing.
- Charging Best Practices: Always use a DC 5V/1A charger to charge the device. This helps protect the built-in battery and prolong its lifespan.
- Airplane Use: If you frequently travel by air, consider purchasing the "With AP Converter" set for seamless wireless audio with in-flight entertainment systems.
