The Hardwire Kit allows for 24-hour parking monitoring without occupying the cigarette lighter. This installation requires basic electrical knowledge.
- Identify your car's fuse box.

- Connect the RED wire to the constant power fuse slot.
- Connect the YELLOW wire to the ACC power fuse slot.
- Plug the Hardwire Kit output into the dash cam's charging port.
Note: The DVR is only compatible with cars that have a 12V power supply. A 24V power supply will burn the motherboard. If you want to use 24V, please add a 24V to 12V Converter. Please use our customized specifications for KIT, as they may not match those of other companies.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Basic Operation
- Power On/Off: The dash cam will automatically power on and begin recording when your car engine starts. It will power off automatically when the engine is turned off.
- Recording: Once powered on, the dash cam will automatically start continuous loop recording.
- Screen: The 1.97" screen displays the live view. You can interact with the device using the 'Turn key' button (refer to product details image).

4.2 Loop Recording
The dash cam records video in continuous loops. When the memory card is full, the oldest unlocked files will be automatically overwritten to make space for new recordings. This ensures you never miss a moment.
4.3 G-Sensor & Emergency Recording
The built-in G-Sensor detects sudden impacts or collisions. In the event of an accident, it automatically saves and locks the current video segment to a dedicated folder, preventing it from being overwritten by loop recording. This protects crucial evidence.

4.4 Night Vision
Equipped with a high-sensitivity Sony IMX415 sensor and F1.6 aperture, the dash cam provides clear night vision. Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) technology further enhances image clarity in varying light conditions, from dark environments to bright light.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Memory Card Care
- Use only high-quality Class 10 Micro SD cards (16GB-256GB). Low-quality cards can cause recording issues.
- Format the memory card regularly (e.g., once a month) through the dash cam's settings to maintain optimal performance and prevent data corruption.
- Avoid removing the memory card while the device is powered on or recording.
5.2 Cleaning the Device
- Gently wipe the camera lens with a soft, lint-free cloth to ensure clear video quality.
- Clean the exterior of the dash cam with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
6. Troubleshooting
- Dash Cam does not power on: Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the dash cam and the car's power source. Check the car's cigarette lighter or fuse for power.
- Recording stops or video quality is poor: This is often due to a low-quality or slow memory card. Ensure you are using a Class 10 Micro SD card. Format the card regularly. If issues persist, try a different high-quality memory card.
- 24V power supply issue: The DVR is designed for 12V car power supplies. Using it with a 24V supply will damage the device. If your vehicle uses 24V, you must use a 24V to 12V converter.
- Rear camera not working: Ensure the rear camera cable is correctly plugged into the main DVR unit. If using a non-original rear camera, compatibility issues may arise as only original E-ACE rear cameras are guaranteed to work seamlessly.
- Wi-Fi connection issues: Ensure the dash cam's Wi-Fi is enabled. Try restarting both the dash cam and your mobile device. Make sure you are within range of the dash cam's Wi-Fi signal.
- G-Sensor not locking files: Check the G-Sensor sensitivity settings in the dash cam menu. If it's set too low, it might not detect minor impacts.
