The charging case features an LED digital display that shows the battery percentage of the case and charging status of the individual earbuds. The earbuds themselves are equipped with touch-sensitive areas for control and an integrated microphone.
5. Setup
5.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the earphones and the charging case.
- Place both earbuds into the charging case.
- Connect the charging cable to the charging port on the case and a USB power source.
- The LED display on the charging case will show the current battery level and charging status. Ensure it reaches 100% for optimal performance.
- Once fully charged, disconnect the charging cable.
5.2 Pairing with a Device
The TWS E6S earphones feature automatic boot-up and matching for convenient pairing.

- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
- On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
- Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "E6S" from the list.
- Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earbuds will be ready for use.
- The earphones will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when taken out of the case, if Bluetooth is enabled on the device.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Touch Controls
The E6S earphones utilize intelligent touch control for various functions:

- Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
- Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
- Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
- Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud during an incoming call or active call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds during an incoming call.
- Activate Voice Assistant (Siri): Triple tap on either earbud.

6.2 Calling Functions

7. Maintenance
7.1 Cleaning
- Wipe the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
- Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents, or strong detergents.
- Avoid getting moisture into any openings.
7.2 Waterproofing
The E6S earphones are rated IPX5 waterproof, offering protection against sweat and light splashes. They are suitable for workouts and light rain but should not be submerged in water.

7.3 Storage
When not in use, store the earphones in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged. Store in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.
8. Troubleshooting
- Earbuds not pairing with each other: Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, then open it again. They should automatically pair with each other.
- Earbuds not connecting to device: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Forget the "E6S" device in your Bluetooth settings and try pairing again. Make sure the earbuds are charged.
- No sound from one earbud: Try resetting the earbuds by placing them in the case and then taking them out. If the issue persists, try re-pairing.
- Charging case not charging: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Try a different cable or power adapter.
- Touch controls unresponsive: Ensure your fingers are clean and dry. A single tap should be quick and precise.
