Important Note: When installing wiring, please do not directly plug and connect with the original vehicle interface. This product needs to be installed with broken wires or adjusted to match the definition of the original vehicle PIN with this machine before wiring. Due to the large number of car models on the market, the definition of the original car interface PIN is different for each car manufacturer, and direct insertion may lead to wiring errors.

8. Troubleshooting
8.1 Screen Flashback / Automatic Jump to AUX Interface
After installation, some models may experience screen flashback and automatically jump to the AUX interface. As shown in the figure, this is not a product problem, but a crosstalk caused by the low series voltage of the rear camera and reverse light wiring. Please install a relay to prevent crosstalk to solve the problem.
Figure 15: Screen Flashback Troubleshooting.
Solution: Install a 12V relay between the reverse light power and the camera power input to stabilize the voltage and prevent crosstalk.
8.2 General Issues
- No Power: Check all power connections, including the yellow (+12V constant), red (+12V ignition), and black (ground) wires. Ensure the car's fuse is not blown.
- No Sound: Verify speaker connections are correct. Check the volume level and mute settings. Ensure the audio source is playing.
- Radio Not Receiving Stations: Check the antenna connection. Ensure the tuner region is set correctly in the settings (e.g., America1, Europe).
- Bluetooth Connection Issues: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both the car stereo and your phone. Try unpairing and re-pairing the devices. Check the PIN code (default is 0000).
- USB/TF Card Not Reading: Ensure the media format is supported. Try a different USB drive or TF card. Check for proper insertion.
