The enclosure's design promotes excellent heat dissipation to maintain optimal operating temperatures.
Superior performance with multi-protection features
Internal circuitry provides superior performance and multi-protection against short circuits, voltage issues, overheating, and ESD.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Drive Not Recognized:
    • Ensure the hard drive/SSD is correctly seated in the SATA connector.
    • Verify the USB cable is securely connected to both the enclosure and your computer.
    • For 3.5-inch HDDs, confirm the power adapter is connected and powered on.
    • Try connecting to a different USB port on your computer.
    • Check Disk Management (Windows) or Disk Utility (macOS) to see if the drive is detected but uninitialized or unformatted.
  • Slow Transfer Speeds:
    • Ensure your computer's USB port supports USB 3.0 (or higher) for optimal speeds. Connecting to a USB 2.0 port will result in slower transfers.
    • Verify that your operating system and drivers are up to date.
    • The performance of the installed drive itself can affect transfer speeds.
  • Incorrect Cable Type:
    • If you received the wrong cable type (e.g., needed Type-A to Type-C but received Type-C to Type-C), you may need to purchase the correct cable separately. Ensure the new cable is compatible with USB 3.1 Gen 2 for full speed.
