3. Initial Setup

Before first use, fully charge your CF22 Smart Watch. Connect the magnetic charging base to a USB power source and align the watch with the charging pins. The watch will indicate charging status. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.

3.2. Installing the Da Fit App
- Scan the QR code provided in the watch's interface or the user manual, or search for "Da Fit" in your smartphone's app store (Google Play Store for Android, Apple App Store for iOS).
- Download and install the "Da Fit" app.
- Ensure your smartphone's Bluetooth is enabled.
3.3. Pairing with Your Smartphone
- Open the "Da Fit" app on your smartphone.
- Follow the in-app instructions to add your device. The app will search for available Bluetooth devices.
- Select "CF22" or "CF22_BT ID" from the list to pair.
- Confirm the pairing request on both your watch and smartphone.

5. Maintenance and Care
5.1. Waterproofing
The CF22 Smart Watch is IP67 waterproof. This means it is resistant to dust and can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. It is suitable for daily use, such as hand washing, rain, and swimming in shallow water. However, it is not recommended for hot showers, saunas, or diving, as steam and high water pressure can damage the device.
5.2. Cleaning
Regularly clean your watch and strap to prevent skin irritation and maintain device performance. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the watch face and strap. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
5.3. Battery Care
- Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures (very hot or very cold) as this can affect battery life.

6. Troubleshooting
