- If the item was dissemble or repaired by unauthorized person.
- Note: Professional installation is necessary; incorrect installation can cause damage and void warranty.
10.2 Returns and Refunds
- All items are brand new and straight from the factory. In case you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 3 days after signing on the receipt. We will refund or replace it.
- Returns within 7 days after receipt can be refunded (excluding the shipping fee).
- Return within 20 days after receipt can be replaced.
- Return within 1 year from the purchase date can be repaired.
- It's the customer's responsibility to pay for return postage and ship the item back to us. We will send it back at our cost.
