3. Setup Guide
3.1. Component Overview

3.2. Physical Installation
- Prepare your Keyboard Case: Ensure your keyboard case is compatible with the GH60 layout (e.g., GH60, mp6+, mad60, GT60).
- Install Switches: Carefully insert your magnetic Hall Effect switches into the PCB. Note: The PCBA does not include magnetic shafts.
- Mount PCB: Secure the AR60 PCB into your chosen keyboard case.
- Connect USB Cable: Connect the PCB to your computer using a compatible USB cable.
3.3. Driver and Software Installation
The MMD AR60 utilizes an online web driver for configuration. No local software installation is typically required.
- Access Web Driver: Open your web browser and navigate to the official MMD web driver portal (specific URL not provided, refer to product packaging or manufacturer's website).
- Connect Keyboard: Ensure your AR60 PCB is connected to your computer. The web driver should detect the device.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1. Key Customization
The web driver allows for extensive key customization:
- Key Remapping: Assign any key to any function.
- Custom Presets: Create and save up to 4 custom presets for different applications or games. Each preset can have 4 key values.
- Advanced Key Functions: Configure AP (Actuation Point), RT (Rapid Trigger), DKS (Dynamic Keystroke), MT (Mod-Tap), TGL (Toggle Key), MPT, END, SOCD, AT, RS for individual keys.

4.2. Trigger Settings
Fine-tune your Hall Effect switches for optimal performance:
- Rapid Trigger (RT): Configure the RT range from 0.001mm to 2.2mm. This allows for re-triggering a key without a full reset.
- Actuation Point (AP): Adjust the actuation point for each key.
- Dead Zones: Set initial and bottom-touch dead zones to prevent accidental triggers. A default zero dead zone is adjustable.

4.3. RGB Lighting Effects
Customize the dynamic RGB lighting to your preference:
- Backlight Modes: Choose from dozens of backlight modes.
- Adjustment: Adjust lighting effects via hotkeys or directly through the web driver interface.
- Level Adjustment: Supports 65535 levels of lighting effect adjustment.

5. Maintenance
5.1. Cleaning
To clean your MMD AR60 PCB:
- Ensure the PCB is disconnected from power.
- Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe away dust and debris.
- For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, ensuring no liquid enters the components. Allow to dry completely before reconnecting.
5.2. Waterproof Performance
The AR60 PCB features IPX6 level waterproof performance, providing protection against everyday splashes and water spray. However, it is not designed for submersion. Avoid direct exposure to running water or prolonged contact with liquids.

6. Troubleshooting
6.1. NKRO Full-Key Rollover
If NKRO (N-Key Rollover) is not functioning as expected, it may be disabled by default. Access the web driver settings to enable full-key rollover. The PCB supports WIN lock functionality.
6.2. Response Issues
- High-Precision Response Accuracy: The PCB is designed for 0.005ms RT accuracy. If you experience delays, check your trigger settings in the web driver.
- Terminal Software Delay: The terminal software has an average response delay of 0.35ms (electromagnet test). This is a normal operational characteristic.
- BusHound Limit Delay: The 8 independent scanning chips ensure a BusHound limit delay of 0.08ms.
6.3. General Connectivity
- Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the PCB and your computer.
- Try a different USB port or cable to rule out connection issues.
- Restart your computer and reconnect the PCB.
