3. Setup and Pairing
3.1 Charging the Controller

3.2 Mode Selection
The Q103 controller features a four-position mode switch (X, S, V, G) located on the top edge. Select the appropriate mode for your device:

3.3 Initial Pairing
- Ensure the controller is charged.
- Slide the mode switch to the desired position (e.g., 'S' for Switch, 'X' for Android/iOS/PC).
- Press and hold the 'PAIR' button until the LED indicator starts flashing rapidly, indicating pairing mode.
- On your device (Switch, Android, iOS, PC), go to Bluetooth settings and search for new devices.
- Select 'Q103 Controller' (or similar name) from the list of available devices to connect.
- Once connected, the LED indicator on the controller will become solid.
3.4 One-Click Wake-up and Reconnect
After initial pairing, you can wake up the controller and reconnect to your last paired device by simply pressing the 'HOME' button. For Nintendo Switch, this also wakes up the console from sleep mode.
