Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Speaker does not power on. Low battery. Charge the speaker for 2-3 hours.
Cannot pair via Bluetooth. Bluetooth not enabled on device; speaker not in pairing mode; too far from device. Ensure Bluetooth is on, speaker is in pairing mode (flashing LED), and device is within 20m range. Forget previous connections on your device and try again.
No sound. Volume too low; incorrect input mode; device not playing. Increase speaker and device volume. Check if the correct input mode (Bluetooth, AUX, TF) is selected. Ensure music is playing on your device.
TWS pairing fails. Speakers already connected to other devices; too far apart. Disconnect both speakers from any Bluetooth devices. Ensure they are close to each other. Try initiating TWS pairing again.
