It supports Tuya APP for remote management and is designed for robust performance, including IP65/IP67 waterproof ratings for outdoor use.

4. Installation and Setup
4.1 Wiring Diagram
Refer to the following diagrams for proper wiring of the access control system. Ensure all connections are secure before applying power. For long-term stable operation, if connecting two locks, use a 5A power supply.


4.2 Product Line Sequence Diagram

4.3 Tuya Bluetooth Settings
The device supports management via the Tuya APP. Follow these steps to set up the app and add your device.
- Download the Tuya APP: Use your phone to scan the QR code below to download the APP, or search and download the APP in your app market.

Figure 8: Tuya APP Download and Registration. - Register and Log in: To enter the [Doodle Intelligence] APP, click the login button, enter your account and log in. If you do not have an account, you need to register one first. Users can also use QQ or WeChat to log in after the authorization page.
- Add Equipment: After entering the APP, click the "Add Device" "+" on the top right of the home page and enter the "Add Device" page. Open the Bluetooth function on your Android phone. The APP will set the top of the home page, and the automatic search device will be displayed for matching.

4.4 Administrator Password Reset (Video Demonstration)
If you forget the administrator password, you can reset the device by following the steps shown in this video. This process involves disconnecting power, shorting specific wires, and then re-applying power to initialize the device.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Menu Operation
The system uses full voice navigation. Users can follow voice prompts to input corresponding numbers for function settings. It supports bilingual navigation settings (Simplified Chinese/English).
- To enter the system menu, input "*" then "#". In the initial state or without an administrator, "*" then "#" can directly enter the system menu.
- The system supports 4 groups of administrators. Fingerprints and passwords can be freely registered.
- To quickly add ordinary users, long-press the administrator fingerprint for 3 seconds or continuously input the administrator card 3 times.
- After any user unlocks the door, you can input "9" then "#" within 3 seconds to enter "Normally Open" mode. This mode automatically exits after any key unlocks the door.

5.2 Unlocking Methods
The access controller supports multiple unlocking methods for enhanced security and convenience.
- Fingerprint: Utilizes semiconductor fingerprint recognition for fast and accurate identification from various angles. Supports up to 300 fingerprints.
- RFID Card: Compatible with 125KHz and 13.56MHz RFID cards (S300X model). Supports up to 1000 RFID cards.
- Password: Enter your registered password on the touch keypad. Supports up to 1000 passwords.
- Tuya APP: Remotely unlock the door and view the latest opening information via the mobile phone APP.
- Dual Verification: Combine two methods (e.g., fingerprint + password) for increased security.


5.3 Temporary Unlocking Setting (via Tuya APP)
To set up temporary unlocking for guests or service personnel:
- After entering the home page of the Tuya APP, click "Temporary" at the bottom of the home page.
- Enter the "Add Temporary Unlock" page.
- Set the time limit (Time-Limited) or a single use (One-Time) for the unlock.
- Input recipient details and send the temporary unlock code.

5.4 User Management (via Tuya APP)
To manage users (add/delete fingerprints, passwords, cards):
- After entering the home page of the Tuya APP, click "Family" at the bottom left of the home page.
- Enter the "Family unlock" page.
- Click "+" on the top right to set the machine password data and other user data input (e.g., add fingerprint, password, card).

5.5 Normally Open Mode
This mode allows for frequent entry and exit without requiring authentication.
- Any user can input "9" then "#" within 3 seconds after unlocking the lock to enter "Normally Open" mode.
- The "Normally Open" mode will automatically exit after any key unlocks the door.
- The indicator light for "Normally Open" mode is purple.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly wipe the keypad and fingerprint sensor with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the surface.
- Environmental Protection: Ensure the device is installed in an environment consistent with its IP rating. While waterproof, prolonged exposure to extreme conditions or direct high-pressure water jets should be avoided.
- Power Supply: Use only the specified DC 12V 1-2A power supply. Ensure stable power to prevent malfunctions.
- Data Backup: Periodically back up user data if the U disk export/import function is used, to prevent data loss.
7. Troubleshooting

8. User Tips
- For optimal security, use a strong, unique password and consider enabling dual verification where possible.
- Regularly test all registered access methods (fingerprint, card, password) to ensure they are working correctly.
- Keep your Tuya APP updated to the latest version for new features and security enhancements.
- When installing outdoors, ensure the device is protected from direct sunlight and heavy impacts, even with its waterproof rating.
9. Warranty and Support
To protect your interests, Asia-Teco provides a 1-year quality warranty service in accordance with national electronic product regulations.
9.1 Exclusions from Free Warranty Service
Product failures or damages under the following conditions are not covered by the free warranty, regardless of whether they are within the free repair period:
- Faults or damages caused by non-Asia-Teco service agencies or personnel assembling, repairing, altering, or disassembling the product (e.g., anti-tamper labels show signs of removal, damage, or loss).
- Faults or damages caused by using non-company licensed components.
- Faults or damages caused by using non-company specific product function software.
- Faults or damages caused by force majeure events (e.g., earthquakes, fires).
- Absence of a warranty card, valid invoice, or proof of purchase.
