5. Setup
Follow these steps for initial setup:
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging and check against the package contents list.
- Placement: Place the compressor on a stable, flat surface in a well-ventilated area. Ensure there is sufficient space around the unit for airflow.
- Connect Air Outlet Hose: Attach the air outlet hose to the 8mm male connector on the compressor. Ensure a secure connection.
- Install Oil/Water Separator: Connect the oil/water separator to the other end of the air outlet hose. This helps ensure pure, dry air.
- Power Connection:
- For Household AC (110V/220V): Connect the Home Power Line to the Power Transformer, then connect the transformer to the compressor's 12V DC input. Plug the Home Power Line into a suitable AC outlet.
- For Car Battery (12V DC): Connect the Car Power Line directly to the compressor's 12V DC input. Connect the alligator clips to your car battery terminals (red to positive, black to negative).

- Connect to Device: Connect the oil/water separator's quick connector to the device you intend to inflate (e.g., PCP air rifle, paintball tank).
6. Operating Instructions
Before starting, ensure all connections are secure and the device to be inflated is rated for the pressure you intend to apply.
- Turn on Cooling Fan: Flip the Cooling Fan Switch to the ON position. The high-speed fan should start immediately.
- Start Compressor: Flip the Motor Switch to the ON position. The compressor will begin to build pressure.
- Monitor Pressure: Continuously monitor the pressure gauge. The TXET061 is a manual shutdown model, meaning you must manually turn it off once the desired pressure is reached.
- Monitor Temperature: Keep an eye on the thermometer. If the temperature rises excessively, turn off the compressor and allow it to cool down.
- Stop Inflation: Once the desired pressure is reached, immediately turn off the Motor Switch, then the Cooling Fan Switch.
- Release Pressure: Slowly open the Release Valve to bleed off any residual pressure in the hose and connections before disconnecting from your device.
- Disconnect: Disconnect the quick connector from your device.

7. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your compressor:
- Drain System: The built-in drain system effectively separates oil-water and impurities. Regularly check and empty the oil/water separator to maintain air purity.
- Filter Cotton: Replace the filter cotton in the oil/water separator periodically, especially if you notice reduced air quality or flow. The repair kit includes vulnerable parts like filter cotton.
- Cleaning: Keep the exterior of the compressor clean and free from dust and debris. Ensure the cooling fan vents are unobstructed.
- Storage: Store the compressor in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Hose Inspection: Before each use, inspect the air outlet hose and all connections for any signs of wear, cracks, or damage. Replace damaged parts immediately.

8. Troubleshooting
Here are some common issues and their potential solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Compressor does not start | No power, loose connection, faulty switch | Check power source and connections. Ensure switches are ON. |
| Low pressure output | Air leak, clogged filter, worn seals | Check all connections for leaks. Replace filter cotton. Inspect seals (use repair kit). |
| Compressor overheats | Poor ventilation, fan not working, prolonged operation | Ensure adequate ventilation. Check cooling fan operation. Allow compressor to cool down between uses. |
| Excessive noise or vibration | Loose components, internal issue | Check for loose screws. If problem persists, contact support. |
