4. Setup Instructions
- Attach Magnetic Panel to Arm:
Secure the magnetic panel to the adjustable arm using the provided screw and tool. Ensure it is tightened firmly to prevent wobbling.
- Install C-Clamp:
Attach the C-clamp to the edge of your desktop. Turn the screw knob until the clamp is securely fastened to the desk. The clamp can accommodate desktops up to 1.96 inches (5 cm) thick. Ensure the silicone cushion is in place to protect your desk surface.

Insert the base of the adjustable arm into the C-clamp and tighten the locking mechanism. Verify that all connections (U-shaped clamp, ball head, screw thread, and nut) are tightened in place to avoid loosening and falling off.
- Connect Charging Cable:
Connect the 2M USB-C data cable to the USB-C interface on the back of the magnetic panel. If your model has a separate charging module, ensure it is attached to the designated slot on the magnetic panel.
- Cable Management:
Route the charging cable along the arm using the integrated cable management hubs to maintain a tidy setup.
- Attach iPad:
Align your iPad with the magnetic panel. The strong magnets will automatically snap the iPad into place. Ensure proper alignment for magnetic charging to initiate.
5. Operating Instructions
- Adjusting Height and Angle:
The stand features a three-stage arm with 6 adjustable joints. Gently bend and rotate the arm and the magnetic panel to achieve your desired height and viewing angle. The joints allow for 270-degree rotation, and the base clamp allows for 360-degree rotation for optimal positioning.

Once your iPad is magnetically attached and the USB-C cable is connected to a power source (27W or more recommended), charging will begin automatically. The Pin smart connector provides up to 18W fast charging.

- Cleaning:

- Check if your iPad is running an iPadOS beta version. The charging function is not compatible with iPadOS beta. We recommend waiting for the official release.
- Ensure the iPad is correctly aligned and firmly attached to the magnetic panel.
- Stand is Unstable or Wobbling:
- Check if the C-clamp is securely tightened to the desktop.
- Ensure all adjustable joints and the magnetic panel attachment are firmly tightened.
- Verify that the desktop thickness is within the supported range (up to 1.96 inches / 5 cm).
- iPad Not Attaching Securely:
- Ensure the iPad is compatible with magnetic attachment (e.g., iPad Pro, iPad Air models with magnetic back).
