Cleaning:

Use a dry, soft cloth to clean the exterior of the unit. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.

9. Troubleshooting

  • Unit not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. If not, connect to an AC outlet for charging.
  • No output from ports: Ensure the specific output (AC, DC, USB) is activated by pressing its respective button. Check if the device connected is within the power station's wattage limits.
  • Slow charging: Verify that the charging source (AC adapter, solar panel, car charger) is providing sufficient power and is correctly connected. Solar charging efficiency depends on sunlight intensity and panel orientation.
  • Overload protection activated: If an overload occurs, the unit may shut down. Disconnect the overloaded device, restart the power station, and connect devices within its rated output.

10. User Tips

  • For maximum efficiency, especially with solar charging, ensure your solar panels are positioned to receive direct sunlight and are free from obstructions.
  • When using AC output for sensitive electronics, the pure sine wave inverter ensures stable and clean power, similar to grid electricity.
  • Consider the total wattage of all devices you plan to connect to avoid overloading the power station.
  • The power station is designed for portability, making it ideal for camping, RV trips, and as a reliable backup during power outages.
