4. Device Overview
Familiarize yourself with the physical components of your POCO M7.

5. Setup
5.1. SIM Card Installation
- Locate the SIM card tray on the side of your device.
- Insert the SIM eject tool into the small hole next to the tray and press firmly until the tray pops out.
- Place your Nano-SIM card(s) and/or microSD card into the tray with the gold contacts facing down.
- Carefully push the tray back into the slot until it is flush with the device.
5.2. Initial Power On
- Press and hold the Power button until the POCO logo appears.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial setup, including selecting your language, connecting to Wi-Fi, and setting up your Google account.

It also includes multiple eye-care certifications (TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light, Flicker Free, Circadian Friendly) and DC dimming for enhanced comfort during extended use. The Wet touch technology 2.0 ensures accurate screen response even when your fingers are wet or covered with oil/foam.

8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your POCO M7, try the following common troubleshooting steps:
- Device not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a charger for at least 10 minutes before attempting to power on.
- Screen unresponsive: Restart the device by holding the power button for an extended period (usually 10-15 seconds).
- Apps crashing: Clear the cache and data of the problematic app, or uninstall and reinstall it. Ensure your HyperOS is updated to the latest version.
- Poor network connectivity: Check your SIM card installation. Toggle Airplane Mode on and off. Restart the device. Contact your network provider if the issue persists.
