  • VOLUME +/-: Adjusts sound volume for radio and buzzer.

Setup

1. Power Connection

  1. Connect the provided USB power cable to the DC 5V input port on the back of the alarm clock.
  2. Plug the other end of the USB cable into a USB power adapter (not included) and then into a wall outlet.

2. Battery Backup (Optional)

To retain time and alarm settings during a power outage, install 2 AAA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment on the bottom of the unit. The batteries will not power the display or alarms, but will preserve settings.

Operating Instructions

1. Setting the Time

  1. Press and hold the TIME SET button (if available, otherwise use HOUR/MINUTE directly or a dedicated time set button not explicitly labeled in images).
  2. While holding TIME SET, press the HOUR button to adjust the hour.
  3. While holding TIME SET, press the MINUTE button to adjust the minute.
  4. Release the TIME SET button to confirm.

2. Setting the Alarm (AL1 / AL2)

The iTOMA A23 features two independent alarms.

  1. Press and hold the AL1 or AL2 button. The alarm time will flash on the display.
  2. While holding the alarm button, press HOUR to set the alarm hour.
  3. While holding the alarm button, press MINUTE to set the alarm minute.
  4. Release the alarm button to confirm the alarm time.
  5. To activate/deactivate the alarm, press the AL1 or AL2 button briefly. An alarm icon will appear/disappear on the display.
  6. To choose the alarm sound (buzzer or radio), press the AL1 or AL2 button repeatedly after setting the time until the desired icon (bell for buzzer, music note for radio) appears.

3. Snooze Function

When an alarm sounds, press the large SNOOZE / SLEEP / DIMMER button to temporarily silence the alarm for 9 minutes. The alarm will sound again after 9 minutes.

4. FM Radio Operation

  1. Turn On/Off: Press the RADIO button (if available, otherwise a dedicated power button or mode button).
  2. Tuning: Use the TUNING +/- buttons to manually adjust the frequency. Press and hold for auto-scan to the next available station.
  3. Volume: Use the VOLUME +/- buttons to adjust the radio volume (1-16 levels).
  4. Presets: The clock can remember up to 20 FM stations. Refer to the full manual for detailed instructions on setting and recalling presets.

5. Sleep Timer

While the FM radio is playing, press the SNOOZE / SLEEP / DIMMER button repeatedly to cycle through sleep timer options (e.g., 10, 20, 30, 60, 90 minutes). The radio will automatically turn off after the selected duration.

6. Display Brightness Adjustment

Press the SNOOZE / SLEEP / DIMMER button (when no alarm is sounding) to cycle through 3 levels of display brightness: High, Medium, Low.

7. USB Charging Ports

The iTOMA A23 features two USB charging ports on the front for convenient charging of your devices.

  • USB CHARGER 5V 1A: Suitable for charging smaller devices or for slower charging.
  • USB CHARGER 5V 2.1A: Provides faster charging for smartphones and other compatible devices.

Simply connect your device's USB charging cable to the appropriate port on the alarm clock.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Battery Replacement: If using backup batteries, replace them annually or when the low battery indicator appears (if applicable).
  • Storage: If storing the unit for an extended period, remove the backup batteries.
