Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your LAXASFIT H1 Smart Watch, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Regularly wipe your watch with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the screen or casing.
- Water Resistance: The watch is Life Waterproof. Avoid exposing it to hot water, steam, or high-pressure water, as this can cause damage. Do not wear the watch in hot baths or saunas.
- Charging: Use only the provided charging cable and a compatible 5V 1A or lower power adapter. Avoid overcharging.
- Storage: Store the watch in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid extreme temperatures.
- Strap Care: Keep the strap clean and dry. If it gets wet, dry it thoroughly to prevent skin irritation or damage to the material.
Troubleshooting
Watch Not Connecting to Phone
If your watch is not connecting to your phone despite following the setup instructions:
- Reset Watch: Go to "Settings" > "System" on your watch and click "Reset" to restore factory settings.
- Forget Device: On your phone, go to Bluetooth settings and "Forget" or "Unpair" the watch.
- Reconnect: Repeat the app download and connection steps from the Setup section.
- Wireless Timeout: If the watch is on for more than 120 seconds without connecting to the app, its Wireless function will automatically turn off. To reconnect, turn Wireless ON/OFF in the watch's "Settings" > "Watch" menu.
Watch Not Receiving Push Notifications
If your watch is not receiving notifications:
- Phone Settings: Ensure message push is enabled on your mobile phone.
- Notification Bar Display: Verify that messages can be displayed in your phone's notification bar. The watch relies on this for notifications. If no notifications appear on your phone, the watch cannot receive them. (Check your phone's notification settings to enable/disable multimedia message alerts).
- Accessibility Settings: Enable accessibility settings on your device. (Find these in your phone's settings and activate them for your device).
Why Can't I Wear the Watch in a Hot Bath?
The temperature of bath water is relatively high, generating a lot of water vapor. This vapor, being in a gaseous state with a small molecular radius, can easily penetrate through the gaps in the device's casing. When the temperature drops, it condenses into liquid water droplets, which can easily cause an internal short circuit and damage the circuit board, ultimately damaging the entire device. Therefore, avoid wearing the watch in hot baths or saunas.
