Instruction Manual

Introduction

The Liectroux YW610 is an advanced window cleaning robot designed to simplify the task of cleaning glass surfaces. Featuring ultrasonic water spraying, AI routing, and dual-disk simulated twisting and mopping, this ultrathin robot provides efficient and thorough cleaning. It is equipped with a 30ml water tank for automatic spraying, a powerful brushless motor, and multiple safety features to ensure reliable operation.

Safety Information

Please read and understand all safety instructions before using the Liectroux YW610 Window Cleaning Robot. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

  • Always attach the safety rope securely to a fixed object before placing the robot on the window. The safety rope is designed to hold up to 200kgf.
  • Ensure the power cable and extension cable are properly connected and secured to prevent accidental disconnection and fall-off during cleaning.
  • The robot features a built-in Uninterruptible Power System (UPS) that provides power for approximately 20 minutes in case of main power disconnection, allowing time to retrieve the robot. Do not rely solely on the UPS for extended operation.
  • Do not use the robot on broken, cracked, or uneven glass surfaces.
  • Keep hands, hair, and loose clothing away from the moving parts of the robot.
  • Do not operate the robot in rainy or extremely windy conditions.
  • Keep the robot away from children and pets.
  • Use only the provided power adapter and accessories.
  • Do not immerse the robot in water or other liquids.

Key Features

  • Ultrasonic Water Spray: Innovative atomizing nozzle creates a 15µm water mist to effectively dissolve dirt.
  • 30ml Water Tank: Provides sufficient water for cleaning 10-20 m² areas.
  • AI Routing: Intelligent navigation system with A-wheel and B-wheel twisting for comprehensive cleaning and dust removal.
  • Powerful Suction: 2800Pa vacuum suction ensures strong adherence to glass surfaces and stable movement.
  • Dual-Disk Cleaning: Simulated hand wiping action with rotating and twisting movements at 70rpm for thorough cleaning.
  • Compact Design: Ultra-thin 9.3cm body allows for free movement and access to various window types.
  • Brushless Motor: Japan-made brushless motor provides stable vacuum suction, high vertical pull (8500g), and comprehensive noise reduction.
  • Multiple Cleaning Modes: Three automatic cleaning modes (Up-to-down, Left-to-down, Right-to-down) for versatile cleaning.
  • Safety Mechanisms: Built-in UPS for 20-minute power-off protection and a high-strength safety rope.

Setup

  1. Attach Cleaning Cloths: Securely attach the two cleaning cloths to the rotating disks on the underside of the robot.
  2. Fill Water Tank: Open the water tank cap and use the provided water adding bottle to fill the 30ml tank with clean water or a suitable glass cleaning solution. Close the cap tightly.
  3. Connect Power: Connect the power cord to the adapter, and then connect the adapter to the robot. Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet (100-240V AC, 50/60Hz). Ensure the connection is firm to prevent accidental disconnection.
  4. Attach Safety Rope: Securely tie one end of the safety rope to the designated attachment point on the robot. Tie the other end of the safety rope to a strong, fixed object indoors, such as a heavy piece of furniture or a window frame. Ensure there is enough slack for the robot to move freely but not so much that it can fall a significant distance.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your Liectroux YW610.

  • Cleaning Cloths: After each use, remove the cleaning cloths and wash them. They are reusable high-density fiber cloths. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
  • Water Tank: Empty any remaining water from the tank after use. If using cleaning solution, rinse the tank with clean water to prevent residue buildup.
  • Robot Body: Wipe the robot's body with a soft, dry cloth to remove any dust or debris. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the robot in water.
  • Sensors: Periodically clean the sensors on the robot's edges with a soft cloth to ensure accurate border detection.
  • Storage: Store the robot in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Liectroux YW610, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • Robot not adhering to the window:
    • Ensure the power cable is securely connected and the robot is receiving power.
    • Check if the suction cups/pads are clean and free from debris.
    • Verify the window surface is clean and dry (for initial adhesion).
    • Make sure the indicator light turns blue before releasing the robot.
  • Robot not moving or moving erratically:
    • Check if the cleaning cloths are properly attached and not obstructing movement.
    • Ensure the remote control batteries are not depleted.
    • Clean the robot's sensors.
    • Restart the robot and try again.
  • Poor cleaning performance or streaks:
    • Replace or clean the cleaning cloths.
    • Ensure the water tank is filled and the nozzle is not clogged.
    • For heavily soiled windows, consider a pre-cleaning pass or manual wipe before using the robot.
    • Use appropriate cleaning solution if water alone is not sufficient.
  • Indicator lights showing an error:
    • Refer to the specific light pattern in the full user manual for detailed error codes. Generally, a red light indicates a critical error, while flashing lights might indicate a warning or specific status.
    • Try powering off and restarting the robot.
