- When the dust cup is full, or suction power decreases, detach the dust cup from the Host.
- Empty the contents into a trash bin.
- Cleaning Filters:
- The vacuum cleaner features a detachable and washable filtration assembly, including a metal strainer, HEPA filter element, and microporous filter.

7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Vacuum does not turn on. | Battery is depleted. | Charge the vacuum cleaner fully. |
| Low suction power. | Dust cup is full. Filters are clogged. Attachment/tube is blocked. | Empty the dust cup. Clean or replace filters. Check and clear any blockages in the brush head, tube, or nozzle. |
| Short operating time after full charge. | Battery not fully charged. Battery degradation. Operating in "Strong suction gear" continuously. | Ensure the vacuum is charged for the full 2 hours. Battery life naturally decreases over time. Use "Standard file" for lighter tasks to conserve battery. |
| Unusual noise during operation. | Obstruction in brush head or tube. Loose parts. | Turn off and check for any foreign objects. Ensure all attachments are securely connected. |
8. User Tips
- For optimal battery life, fully charge the vacuum before each significant cleaning session.
- Regularly empty the dust cup and clean the filters to maintain strong suction and prevent motor strain.
- Utilize the appropriate attachment for the cleaning task to achieve the best results and avoid damage to surfaces.
- The lightweight design makes it easy to clean high areas or use as a handheld for quick spot cleaning.
- Take advantage of the flexible brush head rotation to reach under furniture and into tight corners effectively.
