1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons.

• Unplug the blender from the outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts, and before cleaning.
• Keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils away from moving blades during operation to prevent injury.
• Do not operate the blender empty.
• Ensure the lid is securely in place before operating the blender.
• Keep the appliance out of reach of children.
• Do not immerse the motor base in water or other liquids.

4. Product Overview

4.1. Motor Base

The motor base houses the powerful 1500W motor and control panel. It features a robust design with a powerful cooling system and overheat & overload protection for durability. The bottom is equipped with a non-slip mat for stability during operation.

The extra-large 2.6L blending jar is made from food-grade, BPA-free PC material, ideal for processing large batches. 5. Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the blending jar, lid, and tamper stick with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water.
3. Assembly:
   • Place the motor base on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
   • Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a suitable electrical outlet (220-240V).
   • Place the blender jar onto the motor base, ensuring it is properly seated and locked into place. The rubber jar base with its safety switch and metal coupling system ensures correct assembly and operation.
   • Add your desired ingredients to the jar.
   • Secure the lid onto the jar. Ensure the removable cap is in place.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. General Operation

1. Ensure the blender is properly assembled and plugged in.
2. Add ingredients to the jar. Do not overfill past the maximum fill line.
3. Secure the lid firmly onto the jar.
4. Select a preset program using the function buttons or use the rotary knob for manual speed control.
5. Press the ON/OFF button to start blending.
6. If ingredients get stuck, use the tamper stick through the removable cap opening to push them towards the blades. Never use the tamper stick when the blender is running at high speed or without the lid securely in place.
7. To stop, press the ON/OFF button again or turn the speed knob to the OFF position.

6.2. Using Preset Programs (Auto-IQ)

The blender offers 7 smart preset programs to simplify your blending tasks. Simply add your ingredients, secure the lid, and select the desired program. The blender will automatically adjust speed and time for optimal results.

• Pulse Function: Press and hold the "Pulse" button for short bursts of high-speed blending. This is ideal for chopping ingredients, quick mixing, or achieving a desired consistency.

6.4. Milling (with Optional Dry Grinder Cup)

1. Attach the optional dry grinder cup to the motor base.
2. Add dry ingredients (e.g., soybeans, grains) to the cup.
3. Secure the lid firmly.
4. Select the "Grains" preset program or use manual speed control for milling.
5. Operate until the desired consistency (e.g., flour) is achieved.

7. Cleaning and Maintenance

7.1. Self-Cleaning

For quick and easy cleaning:

1. Add warm water and a drop of dish soap to the blending jar.
2. Secure the lid.
3. Hold the "Pulse" button or adjust the speed knob to the highest setting for a few seconds.
4. Rinse the jar thoroughly with clean water.

7.2. Dishwasher Safe Parts

All removable parts of the blender, including the jar, lid, and tamper stick, are dishwasher safe. The power base is NOT dishwasher safe.

7.3. Motor Base Cleaning

Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.

7.4. Storage

Store the blender in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure all parts are dry before storing.

• Blender not turning on:
  • Check if the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet.
  • Ensure the blending jar is correctly seated on the motor base and the lid is securely closed. The blender has a safety interlock system.
  • Check the reset button located under the power base. If it has tripped due to overload, press it to reset the unit.
• Motor stops during operation:
  • The overheat/overload protection may have activated. Unplug the blender and let it cool down for at least 15-20 minutes. Reduce the load (amount of ingredients) or add more liquid before restarting.
• Ingredients not blending smoothly:
  • Add more liquid to the mixture.
  • Use the tamper stick to push ingredients towards the blades.
  • Increase the blending speed or use the pulse function for short bursts.
  • Cut larger ingredients into smaller, more manageable pieces before blending.
