This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Q7 Smart TV Box. Designed to enhance your home entertainment experience, the Q7 TV Box runs on Android 14, features an Allwinner H313 processor, 8GB RAM, 128GB ROM, Dual-Band WiFi 6, and Bluetooth 5.2, supporting 4K and 8K video decoding. Please read this manual carefully before using the device to ensure proper functionality and safety.

2. Safety Instructions
WARNING!
- Under no circumstances should you attempt to repair the TV BOX yourself, as this will invalidate the warranty.
- Place the device on a flat, firm, and stable surface. Do not place it on a carpet or rug.
- Place the device in a well-ventilated location to prevent the accumulation of internal heat.
- Protect the device from high temperatures, humidity, water, and dust.
- Do not place any objects near your device that may damage it (e.g., liquid-filled objects or candles).
- Do not mix old and new batteries, and do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (Ni-Cad, Ni-MH, etc.) batteries.
- Please use only the accessories provided by the manufacturer to avoid any risks.

4. Setup Guide
4.1. Physical Installation
- Plug the HD cable into the HD port on your TV.
- Plug the power cable into the power adapter.
- Connect the infrared receiver (if separate) to the TV Box.
- Plug the HD cable, power cable, and infrared receiver into their corresponding ports on the Q7 TV Box.

4.2. Remote Control Pairing
The Q7 TV Box comes with a voice-enabled Bluetooth remote control.
- For the first pairing, ensure the remote control is within 1 meter of the TV Box.
- Install batteries into the remote control.
- Press the voice key (microphone icon) on the remote control. The red light on the remote will flicker rapidly.
- Wait a few seconds for the pairing to complete.
- For subsequent reconnections, press any button on the remote control to re-establish the Bluetooth connection.

4.3. Network Connection (Wi-Fi)
- From the main screen, navigate to Settings.
- Select Network & Internet.
- Choose Wi-Fi to turn on the Wi-Fi function.
- Select your desired Wi-Fi network from the list.
- Enter the password for your network and select Connect to network.
- Once connected, you can use the TV Box normally.
Alternatively, if your TV Box has a LAN port, you can connect it directly to your router via an Ethernet cable for a wired network connection.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Multi-screen Interconnection
The Q7 TV Box supports multi-screen sharing, allowing you to cast content from your mobile phone, tablets, or other devices to your TV.
- Ensure your TV Box is successfully connected to a network (wired or Wi-Fi).
- Ensure your mobile device (smartphone, tablet) is connected to the same network as the TV Box.
- Use compatible casting applications (e.g., Airplay, DLNA, Miracast) on your mobile device to share videos and photos to the big screen.

5.2. Application Management
The Q7 TV Box runs on Android TV OS 14.0, providing access to a wide range of applications.
- Switching Applications: Click on the "Apps" section on the home screen to view installed applications. Click any program icon to switch between applications.
- Installing Applications:
- Download the desired application's APK file to a USB flash drive from your computer.
- Connect the USB flash drive to a USB port on the TV Box.
- Navigate to "File Browser" in the applications menu.
- Select the inserted USB device.
- Locate the downloaded APK file and click to install. A "Device is being installed" message will appear.
- Once installation is complete, the application icon will be displayed in the applications menu.

5.3. Voice Control
The included voice remote control allows for intuitive and efficient operation.
- Press the voice button on the remote control to activate voice commands.
- You can use complex commands such as searching for specific movies, adjusting volume, or opening/closing applications.
- Examples: "I want to watch football", "Go to YouTube", "What's the weather today?", "Hey Google!", "Return to homepage".

7. Troubleshooting
- No display after power on?
Confirm your device is connected to the TV correctly and that your TV is set to the correct HD Input. - TV has images but no sound?
Make sure your TV is not muted and the volume is not too low. - Failed to connect to the network?
Ensure the Ethernet cable is properly connected (if using wired). If using Wi-Fi, make sure Wi-Fi is enabled on the TV Box and that it has a strong enough signal from your router. - Remote control failure?
- Replace the remote control batteries with new ones, ensuring correct polarity.
- Make sure the remote control is within range of the TV Box.
- Go to the Settings menu to unpair and re-pair the remote control.
- Device freezes or restarts unexpectedly?
Ensure the device is placed in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating. If issues persist, consider performing a factory reset (see User Tips).
