4.1 Recording Attendance (Punch In/Out)
To record attendance, employees simply place their registered finger on the fingerprint sensor. The device will confirm a successful scan with a visual and/or audible notification. Alternatively, use a registered digital password or swipe a registered access card if these features are enabled.
4.2 Downloading Attendance Reports
- Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port on the side of the device.
- Navigate to the 'Report' menu on the device screen.
- Select 'Export New Logs' or 'Export all Rep' to download the attendance data. The device will indicate when the export is complete.
- Safely remove the USB drive.
- The attendance data will be saved as an Excel spreadsheet on your USB drive, ready for review and management on a computer.
