8. Troubleshooting

  • Keyboard not responding: Ensure the correct connection mode (2.4G, BT, or Wired) is selected. Check battery level. For wired mode, ensure the cable is securely connected. For wireless modes, try re-pairing or reconnecting.
  • Lag or disconnections in wireless mode: Ensure the keyboard is within range of the receiver/device. Avoid interference from other wireless devices. Try switching to wired mode to rule out wireless issues.
  • RGB lighting not working: Check FN key combinations for lighting control. Ensure the software is installed and configured correctly if using custom settings.
  • Keys not registering: If only specific keys are affected, try removing and re-seating the switch for that key. If multiple keys or all keys are affected, try resetting the keyboard (refer to software or manufacturer's support for reset instructions).
  • Volume knob not working: Ensure the keyboard is connected and recognized by your system. Check for any software conflicts or driver issues.

9. User Tips

  • Portability: The compact 60% layout makes this keyboard highly portable. Consider carrying it in a protective sleeve or bag when traveling.
