5. Setup and Installation

5.1 Mounting

The KWS-303WF is designed for standard guide rail installation. It features a snap-fastening mechanism, eliminating the need for screws for convenient installation in distribution boxes.

5.2 Wiring

Follow the wiring method shown in the diagram below. Ensure the incoming line and down connection line are correctly connected to the designated terminals (N and L). A temperature sensor interface (NTC) is also available for connecting an external temperature sensor.

Wiring Steps:

  1. Identify the 'N' (Neutral) and 'L' (Live) terminals for both incoming and outgoing connections.
  2. Connect the incoming Live (L) and Neutral (N) wires to the top terminals.
  3. Connect the outgoing Live (L) and Neutral (N) wires (down connection line) to the bottom terminals.
  4. If using, connect the NTC temperature sensor to the dedicated NTC interface.
  5. Ensure all connections are tight and secure using a screwdriver.

5.3 Mobile App Installation and WiFi Connection

To utilize the remote control and monitoring features, download and install the companion mobile application:

  1. Search for "Doodle smar" in your Android phone's app store or iPhone's App Store.
  2. Download and install the application.
  3. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to add your KWS-303WF device.
  4. When prompted, choose a 2.4G network for WiFi connection. The device does not support 5G networks.

6.1 Display Overview

The 0.96-inch TFT color screen provides a clear and high-contrast display of all monitored parameters. Even in dim lighting, the screen remains readable.

The display shows:
