- To prevent injury, this apparatus must be securely attached to the table/wall in accordance with the installation instructions.

2. Unpacking and Installation
Standard Accessories

- Wall Mount Column (x8) (Only for 65" models)
Note: Illustrations in this guide are for reference only. Avoid pressing the screen to prevent damage. Two or more people are needed to safely handle large TVs to prevent damage or injury.
Stand Installation
- Assemble the support bases and the support stand by tightening the four support screws.
- Carefully remove the TV and place it face down on a stable, flat table covered with a soft cloth or cushion. Align and insert the assembled support (bases and support stand) into the holes on the bottom of the TV.
- Secure the support to the TV by tightening four base screws. The support design may vary by region or model.

Wall Mounting
An optional wall mount can be used with your TV. Consult your local dealer for recommended wall mounts. Carefully attach the wall mount bracket to the rear of the TV. Install the wall mount bracket on a solid wall perpendicular to the floor. If you are attaching the TV to other building materials, contact qualified personnel for wall mount installation. Detailed instructions will be included with the wall mount. Use a wall mount bracket where the device is adequately secured to the wall with sufficient space to allow connectivity to external devices.
- To prevent product damage or personal injury, ensure the TV screen is maintained vertically or tilted up or down within the 0° ~ 5° angle range when wall mounting.
- If the screen needs to be tilted downwards beyond the 0° ~ 5° range, you can purchase auxiliary accessories from your local dealer to mount the TV safely. Otherwise, it will not be covered by warranty, and the user will be responsible for all consequences.
- Disconnect power before moving or installing the TV to avoid electric shock.
- Remove the base before installing the TV on a wall mount by reversing the base assembly.
- If you install the TV on the ceiling or in an inclined position, it could fall and cause serious personal injury. Use only an authorized wall mount and contact your local dealer or qualified personnel. Otherwise, it will not be covered by warranty.
- Do not overtighten screws as this may damage the TV and void your warranty.

Note: Eight spacers for wall mounting (supplied with the TV) should be used with the four wall mounting screws to keep the mounting brackets higher than the rear cabinet.
3. Connecting Peripherals (Terminals)
Note: Images are for reference only. External equipment and cables shown are not supplied with the TV. Some terminals may differ by region or model; refer to your actual TV. Always disconnect the TV power cable before connecting external devices to prevent damage or injury.
AV IN
Receives audio and video signals from external AV devices.
ANTENNA IN
Connect a coaxial cable to receive signals from an antenna, cable, or satellite.
USB
USB port for connecting USB devices.
HDMI
Receives HD input signals from external HDMI devices.
DIGITAL AUDIO OUT
Use an optical cable to transmit audio signals from your TV to a compatible digital audio receiver.
LAN
Network port for wired internet connection.
HEADPHONES
Sends TV audio to connected headphones. The speakers will be muted when headphones are connected.
CI (Common Interface)
CI card slot. To reduce fire risk, the CI port must be covered by the plastic cover when not in use. Before using the CI port, ensure the connected equipment's fire enclosure is made of non-combustible material or UL94 V-0 rated materials. After using the CI port, cover it with the plastic cover. Keep the plastic cover in good condition for future use. If you lose the plastic cover, contact your local dealer for a replacement.
4. Remote Control
Note: The image, buttons, and functions of the remote control may vary by region or model. You can press the MIC button to quickly pair the Bluetooth remote control with your TV. Due to software improvements or updates, remote control functions are subject to change without notice. Refer to your actual TV.
Remote Control Functions
- POWER (⑂): Turns the TV on or off.
- In operating state: Briefly press to put the TV in quick start mode.
- Press and hold to put the TV in standby mode.
- In quick start mode (saves less energy): Press POWER to turn on the TV faster.
- In standby mode (saves more energy): Press POWER to turn on the TV in standard mode.
- Number Buttons (0-9): Select channel directly or enter a number.
- INFO: Access the INFO interface.
- AD: Accessibility functions settings, such as Audio Description.
- SOURCE (⑂): Access the input source menu.
- FAV: Access the favorite channel list.
- TEXT: Access or exit the teletext menu.
- MIC (⑂): Start using the near-field voice function.
- Briefly press the MIC button to activate the voice assistant.
- Press and hold the MIC button to start receiving voice commands. Release the MIC button after speaking to execute the voice function.
- ACCOUNT (⑂): Log in with your Google account to enjoy your favorite entertainment.
- Control Panel (⑂): Access your Google TV control panel.
- UP/DOWN/LEFT/RIGHT: Navigate menus to select desired content, or press UP/DOWN to change channels.
- OK: Confirm, enter, or execute the selected item, or access the channel list.
- BACK (⑂): Return to the previous level, or exit the current screen.
- GUIDE (⑂): Function may vary by region/model.
- Function 1: Access the top menu of the Google Live TVX app (region dependent).
- Function 2: Switch to TV mode or access the Electronic Program Guide (EPG) in DTV mode.
- HOME (⑂): Access the home screen.
- Volume Up/Down (VOL +/-): Adjust sound volume.
- EXIT: Exit current operation.
- Fast Rewind (⑂): Quickly rewind media playback.
- MUTE (⑂): Mute or restore TV sound.
- Fast Forward (⑂): Quickly fast forward media playback.
- Color Buttons (RED/GREEN/YELLOW/BLUE): Execute specific alert functions.
- Shortcut Button (⑂): Briefly press to start or configure the shortcut function. Press and hold to configure the shortcut function.
- App Buttons: Quickly access specific applications.

Remote Control Battery Installation
Insert two AAA size batteries into the remote control battery compartment, ensuring to match the polarity markings inside the compartment.
Remote Control Battery Precautions
Improper battery use may cause leakage. Follow these methods and use carefully:
- Observe battery polarity to avoid short circuits.
- When battery voltage is insufficient, affecting range, replace with new batteries. Remove batteries from the remote control if not used for a long time.
- Do not mix different types of batteries (e.g., manganese and alkaline).
- Do not throw batteries into fire, charge, or disassemble them.
- Dispose of batteries according to relevant environmental protection regulations.
- WARNING: Batteries (battery pack or installed batteries) shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.
- WARNING: A battery shall not be exposed to extremely low air pressure that may result in an explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
5. Basic Operation
Electronic Manual
Operating instructions are built into your TV and can be viewed on screen. To learn more about your TV's features, access the e-Manual as described below. The electronic manual may not be available depending on your region or model.
- Press the HOME button to access the home page.
- Press UP/DOWN/LEFT/RIGHT and the OK button to select and enter "Electronic Manual" in the application list.
TV Control Button
- In standby mode: Press the TV control button to turn on the TV.
- In operating state: Briefly press the TV control button to open the virtual keyboard menu. In the menu, briefly press the TV control button to move the cursor and select the desired item, then long press the TV control button to enter or execute the selected item.
Note: The "Find my remote" option in the virtual keyboard menu is only available if the Bluetooth remote control has an audible alert on the back and is correctly paired with the TV. The "Channel -/+" option may not appear in the virtual keyboard menu in specific interfaces, such as the home screen.
Flicker-Free Display
Screen flicker can cause eye fatigue, tiredness, and headaches after prolonged viewing. With the "flicker-free" technology offered by this product, you will enjoy a comfortable viewing experience. There are no visible or invisible flickers within the 0 ~ 3000 Hz frequency range, which can be certified when the central luminance is set to any luminance.
Note: Flicker-free technology may not be supported depending on the region or model.
Eye Protection Function (EyeCare 5.0)
Prolonged exposure to blue light can damage your eyesight. This TV can protect your eyes by filtering blue light. To enable this, select the Panel → Image → Advanced Settings → View Protection Mode button.

Note:
- Do not watch TV for too long; take a break every half hour. Looking at a greater distance will help your eyes rest well.
- Exercise your eyes regularly, which can improve blood circulation, relieve asthenopia, and prevent myopia.
- The eye protection function is only available for some models.
6. Troubleshooting
Before calling for technical service, check the following table for possible causes of the problem and some solutions.
General Problems / Solution
- Remote control does not work
- Change the batteries.
- Check if the batteries are installed correctly.
- Check if the main power is connected.
- Check for any obstructions between the remote sensor and the remote control.
- Poor signal
- Usually, this is caused by interference from electronic equipment or radio interference sources.
Image and Sound / Solution
- No image, no sound
- Check the signal source.
- Connect another electrical device to the power outlet to ensure it is working or active.
- Check if the power plug is in good contact with the power outlet.
- Normal image, no sound
- If there is no sound, check if it is muted or increase the sound volume.
- Open the sound menu and adjust "Balance".
- Abnormal image
- For missing colors or poor image quality, you can:
- Adjust the color option in the menu settings.
- Keep the TV at a sufficient distance from other electronic products.
- Try another channel.
- Poor TV signal (shows mosaics or snow):
- Check the signal cable and adjust the antenna.
- Perform fine-tuning on the channel.
- Try another channel.
- For missing colors or poor image quality, you can:
Media Player / Solution
- Message "This file is invalid" / "Audio not supported", or video is normal but audio is abnormal, or audio is normal but video is abnormal.
- The media file may be corrupted. Check if the file can be played on a PC.
- Check if the video and audio codecs are compatible.
Network / Solution
- Network failure
- Check if the router is working properly.
- Ensure the TV is correctly connected to the router.
Browser / Solution
- Web page cannot be fully displayed
- Some third-party extensions of the current web page may not be supported; close the current web page.
- Browser is forced to close
- The current web page may contain too much content, causing insufficient memory and the browser to close.

- Verify Screen Size: When purchasing or setting up, always double-check the specific screen size (e.g., 43", 50", 55", 65") of your model to ensure it meets your requirements. This information is crucial for proper installation and viewing distance.
- Explore Google TV Features: The TV comes with Google TV, offering a vast array of apps and content. Take time to explore the interface, customize your home screen, and utilize voice control for easier navigation and content discovery.
- Optimize for Gaming: For gamers, leverage the 120Hz Turbo Motion and MEMC features to reduce blur and input lag. Ensure your gaming console is connected via an HDMI 2.1 port for the best performance.
- Eye Care Settings: To reduce eye strain during long viewing sessions, activate the Eye Protection Mode found under Panel → Image → Advanced Settings. Remember to take regular breaks and maintain an appropriate viewing distance.
- Audio Customization: With Dolby Atmos and dbx-tv audio, experiment with sound settings to find the optimal audio profile for different content types (movies, music, games) to fully immerse yourself in the sound experience.
