  4. Egg Tray Installation: Place the egg trays securely inside the incubator. Ensure they are properly aligned with the automatic turning mechanism.
  5. Power Connection: Connect the incubator to a power source. This model supports dual power:
    • AC Power: Plug the standard power cord into a 110V or 220V AC outlet (depending on your model/region).
    • DC Power (12V Battery): For areas with unstable electricity or as a backup, connect the 12V power cables (with alligator clips) to a 12V battery.

  6. Pre-heating: After connecting power, allow the incubator to run for at least 2-4 hours to stabilize the internal temperature and humidity before placing eggs.

4. Operating Instructions

  1. Digital Display: The LED display will show current temperature, humidity, and incubation days.

  2. Setting Parameters: Use the control panel buttons to set desired temperature, humidity, and alarm thresholds (low temperature, high temperature, low humidity, temperature fluctuation). Refer to the specific bird's incubation requirements for optimal settings.
  3. Egg Placement: Carefully place fertilized eggs into the egg trays. Ensure they are clean and of appropriate shape.
  4. Automatic Egg Turning: The incubator will automatically turn the eggs every two hours to ensure even heating and development.

5. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: After each hatching cycle, thoroughly clean the incubator and all its components. Ensure it is completely dry before storing or starting a new cycle. This prevents bacterial growth and ensures optimal performance.
  • Storage: Store the incubator in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Component Check: Periodically inspect the motor, heating plate, and fan for any signs of wear or damage.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Temperature/Humidity Alarms: If the incubator triggers a low/high temperature or low humidity alarm, check the settings and ensure the water sinks are adequately filled. Adjust the environment if necessary.
  • Power Interruption: In case of a power outage, the dual power supply allows you to connect a 12V battery to continue operation, preventing loss of eggs.
  • Display Issues: If the digital display is not functioning correctly, ensure all connections are secure and the power supply is stable.

7. User Tips

  • Egg Selection: Egg shape is very important for hatching. Avoid eggs with deformation, rupture, or abnormal shapes. Only use clean eggs; do not wash them before hatching.
  • Fertility Check: To determine if an egg is fertilized, use an egg tester (candler) to shine a light through it. If you observe opaque objects (floc) near the yolk, it indicates a fertilized egg.
  • Egg Freshness: For best hatching rates, use fresh eggs. Chicken eggs are best within 7 days of laying, and goose eggs within 10 days. Longer storage can significantly affect hatching success.
  • Post-Hatching Cleaning: Always clean and dry the incubator thoroughly after each use to maintain hygiene and prolong its lifespan.

8. Warranty and Support

This product comes with a warranty for its core components. All mini series incubators have a 1-year warranty, and big series incubators have a 3-year warranty. If you encounter any defects or issues within the warranty period, please contact our support team.
