2. Setup Guide
2.1 Unboxing and Initial Inspection
Carefully remove the smartwatch and its accessories from the packaging. Verify that all components are present: smartwatch (with standard strap), USB magnetic charging cable, and this instruction manual.

2.2 Charging the Smartwatch
Before first use, fully charge the smartwatch. The charging time is approximately 2-3 hours.
- Align the charging contacts of the charging cable with the charging port on the back of the watch. The cable is magnetic and will snap into place.
- Connect the USB end of the charging cable to a 5V/0.5A-2A USB power adapter or a computer USB port.
- The watch screen will display the charging status.
- If the watch battery is too low, it may take 3-5 minutes for the screen to light up. Please wait for 5 minutes before checking the charging status.
- Do not store the watch for a long time in a low-power state to avoid battery damage.

2.3 App Connection (GloryFitPro)
To unlock the full potential of your smartwatch, connect it to the GloryFitPro app on your smartphone.
- Scan the QR code provided in the manual or search for "GloryFitPro" in your phone's app store (available for Android 5.0+ and iOS 11.0+).
- Install and open the app.
- When prompted, grant necessary permissions (Bluetooth, location, notifications).
- In the app, navigate to the "Device" page and click "Add device" or the "Scanning" icon.
- Select your device model number (DM58) from the list.
- During the connection process, a pop-up window will appear to confirm pairing. Confirm the pairing on both your phone and the watch. The call icon and data connection icon in the watch status bar will turn green upon successful connection.

2.4 Time and Date Settings
Once connected to the GloryFitPro app, the watch's time and date will automatically synchronize with your phone. You can toggle 24-hour format within the watch settings or app.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Button Definitions

- Button 1 (Power Button):
- Short press: Turn off the screen (from watch face) or return to watch face (from app list).
- Long press (2s): Power on/off, restart, SOS (long press to display menu selection).
- Press and hold (12s): Force restart the device.
- Button 2 (Return Key/Shortcut Key):
- Short press: Return to the previous level/customized shortcut functions.
- Short press (screen off): Light up the screen.
- Short press (during exercise): Pause/continue exercise.
- Short press (incoming call): Mute.
- Button 3 (Sports Button):
- Short press: Enter the sports mode list.
- Short press (screen off): Light up the screen.
- Long press (2s during sports): Stop and end the sports activity.
3.2 Touch Screen Controls

- Swipe Down: Open the status bar.
- Swipe Up: Access the card shortcut function.
- Swipe Left: Enter the main menu interface.
- Swipe Right: Enter the notification information interface.
- Watch Face Customization: On the watch face interface, press and hold for 2-3 seconds to switch watch faces. Swipe left or right to browse and tap to select.
3.3 GPS Usage
The T-Rex Ultra3 features dual-band GPS with 6 satellite systems for precise positioning. For optimal performance, ensure the watch is connected to the GloryFitPro app.
- Connect and bind the watch to the GloryFitPro app. The app will send GPS ephemeris data to the watch via Bluetooth, which helps shorten GPS positioning time.
- If GPS is not successful, the watch will display an "AGPS has expired" reminder. Open the sports function with GPS enabled to update AGPS data.
- The GloryFitPro app will re-acquire the latest GPS ephemeris data every morning at 09:00.
- For best GPS positioning, choose an open area away from high-rise buildings.
- After exercise, save the data, and the app will synchronize the exercise data, trajectory, and other details.

3.4 Sports Modes and Tracking
The smartwatch offers over 170 sports modes and can automatically recognize 6 common sports (walking, running, outdoor cycling, elliptical machine, rowing machine, static). It also recognizes 25 strength training movements.

3.5 Health Monitoring
The T-Rex Ultra3 provides continuous 24/7 monitoring of various health metrics:
- Heart Rate Monitor: 24-hour continuous heart rate monitoring with alerts for abnormally high or low readings.

3.6 Bluetooth Calling and Music Control
With Bluetooth connectivity, you can manage calls and control music directly from your wrist.
- Bluetooth Calling: Answer, dial, and view call logs directly on the watch using its high-fidelity waterproof speakers and microphone.
- Music Control: Play, pause, skip tracks, and adjust volume for music playing on your connected smartphone.

3.7 Outdoor Data and Navigation

4. Maintenance
4.1 Water Resistance Guidelines
The T-Rex Ultra3 is 5ATM (50 meters) water-resistant and IP69K rated, suitable for swimming, surfing, and kitesurfing, and supports 30m freediving. However, please observe the following:
- Do NOT wear the smartwatch in a sauna or hot shower to protect its sealing effectiveness from water vapor.
- Avoid exposing the watch to hot water or steam, as this can compromise its water resistance.
- If the watch comes into contact with water, especially saltwater, dry it thoroughly. If water enters the speaker cavity, gently shake the watch to expel residual water.

4.2 General Care and Cleaning
- Avoid placing the device in direct sunlight, such as on a car dashboard or window sill, or near heat sources like induction cookers, microwave ovens, or open flames.
- Clean the watch regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by drying.
- Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials for cleaning.
- This device is equipped with a non-removable built-in battery. Do not attempt to replace the battery yourself.
5. Troubleshooting
5.1 App Connection Issues
- Watch not connecting to app: Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is enabled and location services are turned on. Make sure the watch is within Bluetooth range. Try restarting both the watch and your phone.
- Unbinding the App:
- iOS: In the app, go to the "Device" interface, click "Unbind," then go to your phone's Bluetooth settings, find the device, and select "Forget this device."
- Android: In the app, go to the "Device" interface, click "Unbind."
5.2 GPS Positioning Issues
- Slow or inaccurate GPS: Ensure the watch is connected to the GloryFitPro app to receive updated AGPS data. Perform GPS activities in open areas away from tall buildings or dense forests.
5.3 Battery and Charging Problems
- Watch not charging: Check that the charging cable is securely connected to both the watch and the power source. Ensure the power source is functional. Use a 5V/0.5A-2A adapter.
- Battery drains quickly: Adjust screen brightness, reduce the frequency of heart rate monitoring, or disable unnecessary notifications to conserve battery.
