- Clean the windshield surface thoroughly.
- Attach the dashcam to the windshield using the provided adhesive mount. The mount features a 110° rotatable bracket for easy adjustment to the ideal recording angle.
- The dashcam has a detachable design, allowing you to separate it from the bracket and take it home without loosening the tape.

4.2 Connecting Power
- Insert the included car charger into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket.
- Connect the USB-C end of the car charger cable to the dashcam's power interface.
- Route the cable neatly along the windshield edge and interior trim using the provided installation tools and clips to avoid obstructing your view or interfering with driving.

4.3 Hardwire Kit Installation (Optional, for 24H Parking Monitor)
The hardwire kit (G900 PRO) is required for the 24-hour parking monitoring feature. If you don't have experience with installing a hardwire kit, please seek professional assistance.
- Connect to the power interface of the recorder: Plug the hardwire kit's cable into the dashcam.
- Open the fuse box cover: The position of the fuse box may vary between car models.
- Installation and use of step-down line:
- The red wire (ACC) connects to the car ACC (ignition-switched power).
- The black wire (GND) connects to the negative pole of the car.
- The yellow wire (BAT) connects to the positive electrode of the car (constant power).
- Connect the black wire with iron and fasten it with the car screws.
- Test whether the step-down line is working properly:
- When the vehicle is started, the LED light of the step-down line should be blue, indicating normal operation.
- When the vehicle is turned off, the LED light of the step-down line should be red, and the recorder enters parking monitoring mode.
- Then hide the wire along the edge into the gap and fix the wire harness: Use a tool to tuck the wire harness into the gaps of the car interior.
- Close the fuse box cover: Complete the installation.

5. Operation
5.1 Basic Recording (Loop Recording)
Once powered on, the dashcam will automatically start recording. The loop recording feature ensures continuous recording by overwriting the oldest videos when the memory card is full. The dashcam supports up to a 256GB SD card.

5.2 WiFi Connectivity and App (Framefox)
The dashcam features built-in 5GHz WiFi, allowing you to easily review, download, and share recordings via a free mobile app (Framefox or Viidure).
- Step 1: Download the App
Scan the QR code displayed in the manual or on the camera, or search for "Framefox" (or "Viidure") in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to download the app. Framefox is completely free, while Viidure may have paid functions. - Step 2: Enable Camera WiFi
Open the camera menu. When the camera stops recording, press and hold the "M" key to enter the menu. Find the WiFi option in the menu, click the WiFi option to turn on WiFi, and the camera's WiFi name and password will be displayed on the screen. - Step 3: Connect via Phone
Open the downloaded app on your mobile phone, click "Connect" below, and your phone will jump to the WiFi connection interface. Find the WiFi signal emitted by the camera in this interface and enter the password to connect. If prompted that "This WiFi cannot be connected to the Internet, do you want to cancel the connection?", select "Stay connected". Finally, return to the app and wait for the connection to succeed. You can then watch real-time video, playback recordings, download files, and share them.

5.3 24H Parking Monitoring
With the optional hardwire kit installed, the dashcam can monitor your vehicle for 24 hours. It utilizes G-sensor locking and time-lapse monitoring to capture events even when the car is parked.

5.4 G-Sensor Emergency Lock
The built-in G-sensor automatically detects sudden impacts or collisions. When triggered, it automatically saves the current footage as a locked file, preventing it from being overwritten by loop recording. This protects important evidence in case of an accident.

5.5 Night Vision and HDR
Equipped with a Sony STARVIS sensor and F1.6 aperture, the F19 dashcam provides vivid low-light footage and enhanced visibility on dark roads. HDR (High Dynamic Range) technology further improves image quality by balancing exposure in challenging lighting conditions, leading to better license plate readability and signal-to-noise ratio.

5.6 Smart Voice Broadcast
The dashcam provides smart voice broadcasts to keep you informed of its status at all times. It announces actions such as "Start Recording," "Stop Recording," and "Formatting Completed," ensuring you always stay informed without needing to look at the screen.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Memory Card Care
- Regularly format your SD card (at least once a month) to ensure optimal performance and prevent data corruption. This can usually be done through the dashcam's settings menu.
- Use a high-quality Class 10 or higher SD card, formatted to FAT32.
6.2 Cleaning
- Gently wipe the dashcam lens with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove dust or smudges.
- Clean the dashcam body and screen with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
7. Troubleshooting
7.1 WiFi Connection Issues
Problem: Cannot find the dashcam's WiFi network or connect to the app.
Solution:
- Ensure the dashcam's WiFi is enabled through its menu settings.
- Verify you are within the effective range of the camera's WiFi signal (typically within 20 meters).
- Try resetting the dashcam (if a reset option is available in the menu) and then re-enabling WiFi.
- Ensure your phone's WiFi is turned on and you are selecting the correct network name.
- If prompted about no internet connection, choose to "Stay connected" to the dashcam's network.
7.2 Screen Display Issues
Problem: The screen turns off automatically or is distracting.
Solution:
- The dashcam may have a screen saver or auto-off feature. Check the settings menu for "Screen Saver" or "Display Off" options to adjust the timeout or disable it if desired.
- If you find the screen distracting during driving, you can usually set it to turn off after a short period while recording continues.
7.3 Power Issues
Problem: The dashcam does not turn on or shuts down unexpectedly.
Solution:
- The built-in 150mAh battery is only used to store menu time settings and cannot power the device for recording. It requires a continuous power source from the car charger.
- Always use the original car charger included in the box. Mobile phone chargers or generic USB cables are not supported and may cause the dashcam to fail to power on or activate features correctly.
- Ensure the car charger is securely plugged into both the vehicle's power outlet and the dashcam.
- Check the vehicle's power outlet for functionality.

8. User Tips
- Optimal Power: Always use the provided car charger for reliable operation. The small internal battery is only for saving settings.
- App Choice: While both Framefox and Viidure apps can connect, Framefox is fully functional and free, whereas Viidure might have paid features.
- WiFi Range: For stable WiFi connection to your phone, ensure you are within 20 meters of the dashcam.
- Screen Management: If the screen display is distracting, utilize the dashcam's settings to turn off the screen automatically after a short period. Recording will continue uninterrupted.
- Memory Card: Regularly format your SD card to maintain recording quality and prevent errors.
