3. Setup
3.1 Charging the Headphones
Before first use, fully charge your headphones. The Acer OHR524 features a 1000mAh battery.
- Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the headphones.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter).
- The charging indicator light will show the charging status.
- A full charge takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
Once fully charged, the headphones offer approximately 100 hours of listening time at medium volume, or up to 128 hours with ANC enabled.

3.2 Bluetooth Pairing
The OHR524 headphones utilize Bluetooth V5.4 for stable and efficient wireless connection up to 10 meters.
- Ensure the headphones are charged and powered off.
- Press and hold the Power On/Off button (refer to Figure 3) until the indicator light flashes, indicating pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "Acer OHR524" from the list of devices.
- Once connected, the indicator light will change, and you will hear an audio prompt.
The headphones support Smart Dual Connection, allowing seamless switching between two paired devices.

3.3 Wired Connection
For a wired connection, use the provided audio cable:
- Plug one end of the audio cable into the 3.5mm audio jack on the headphones.
- Plug the other end into the audio output port of your device.
- The headphones will automatically switch to wired mode.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the Power On/Off button for a few seconds until the indicator light illuminates.
- Power Off: Press and hold the Power On/Off button for a few seconds until the indicator light turns off.
4.2 Volume and Track Control
Refer to Figure 3 for button locations.
- Volume Up: Short press the '+' button.
- Volume Down: Short press the '-' button.
- Next Song: Long press the '+' button.
- Previous Song: Long press the '-' button.
4.3 Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)
The OHR524 features advanced ANC technology, offering up to -58dB of adaptive vacuum stage noise reduction, eliminating over 99.6% of ambient noise. It also includes 3 mic AI Call Noise Reduction 2.0 for clear calls.
- Toggle ANC: Use the dedicated ANC switch button (refer to Figure 3) to turn Active Noise Cancellation on or off.

4.4 Audio Quality Features
The OHR524 headphones are equipped with a large gold wire dynamic driver speaker and a 40MM ultra-thin custom diaphragm. These components, combined with strong magnetism and high dynamics, effectively reduce sound distortion. The audio is professionally adjusted by sound engineers and supports Hi-Res Audio and LDAC for superior sound fidelity.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
To maintain the quality and longevity of your headphones:
- Wipe the ear cups and headband with a soft, dry cloth.
