1.2 First Flight Notes

It is crucial to follow these guidelines for your initial flights:

  • It is forbidden to choose an indoor environment with many obstacles for the first flight.
  • Please make your first flight outdoors in an open environment.
  • You may choose a flying site after you have become proficient in the operation of the airplane.

1.3 Battery Considerations

Proper battery handling is essential for safety and longevity:

  • Prolonged charging is prohibited.
  • Prohibit exposure to sunlight.
  • Prohibit use under high temperature (>40℃ environments).
  • Prohibit disassembly.
  • Use only the included 5V/1A adapter for charging.
  • Store batteries at 30%-50% charge when unused.

Attention: The batteries of newly purchased products are typically low voltage. Please fully charge the batteries before first use!

3.2 Battery Installation and Charging

  1. Ensure the drone and remote control are powered off.
  2. Insert the drone battery into its compartment until it clicks into place.
  3. Connect the USB charging cable to the drone battery (or remote control, if applicable) and a 5V/1A USB power adapter.
  4. Charge until the indicator light shows a full charge (refer to the manual for specific light indicators).

3.3 Pairing the Drone and Remote Control

Refer to the illustrated manual for a 5-minute pairing tutorial. Generally, the process involves:

  1. Power on the drone and place it on a flat surface.
  2. Power on the remote control.
  3. Perform the joystick calibration sequence as described in the manual (e.g., push left joystick up then down).
  4. Wait for the indicator lights on both the drone and remote to stabilize, indicating successful pairing.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Remote Control Guide

  • Headless mode: Press and hold back button.

  • Throttle lever: Left joystick.
  • Obstacle avoidance: Button on the left side.

  • Short press to record / Long press to browse the video / Scroll down: Button above screen.
  • Press briefly / Play/Exit to flip up / Long press the switch screen: Buttons below screen.

  • Emergency stop: Button on the right side.
  • Directional lever: Right joystick.

4.2 Basic Flight Operations

  1. Takeoff: After pairing, press the one-button takeoff button or push both joysticks to the bottom-outer corners simultaneously (refer to manual) to start the propellers, then gently push the throttle lever up.
  2. Landing: Press the one-button landing button or gently pull the throttle lever down until the drone lands.
  3. Ascent/Descent: Use the throttle lever (left joystick) to control altitude.
  4. Forward/Backward: Push the directional lever (right joystick) up or down.
  5. Left/Right Flight (Strafe): Push the directional lever (right joystick) left or right.
  6. Turning (Yaw): Push the throttle lever (left joystick) left or right to rotate the drone.

4.3 Advanced Flight Modes

Headless Mode

In headless mode, the drone's orientation is relative to the pilot, making it easier to control without needing to know which way the drone is facing. Activate by pressing the headless mode button on the remote control.

360° Roll

To perform a 360° roll, fly the drone to a sufficient height, then press the 360° roll button and push the directional joystick in the desired roll direction.

Speed Adjustment

The drone offers three-speed flight modes. Press the speed adjustment button to cycle through low, medium, and high speeds. Beginners should start with low speed.

Optical Flow Hovering

Optical flow hovering technology uses downward-facing sensors to maintain a stable position, especially useful indoors or in areas with minimal wind. This enhances stability for photography and video recording.

4.4 Camera Operation

  • Taking Photos: Short press the photo button on the remote control.
  • Recording Videos: Short press the video button on the remote control to start/stop recording.
  • Gesture Control: Refer to the manual for specific hand gestures to trigger photo and video functions.
  • Adjustable Lens: Manually adjust the camera angle before flight for optimal framing.
  • 50x Zoom: Use the designated button on the remote or APP to zoom in/out.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

Regularly clean the drone body, propellers, and camera lens with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or excessive moisture.

5.2 Propeller Replacement

If propellers are damaged, replace them with spare parts provided in the package. Ensure correct orientation (A and B propellers) as indicated in the manual.

5.3 Battery Care

Follow the battery considerations in Section 1.3. Do not overcharge or fully discharge the battery. Store in a cool, dry place.

9.2 Unboxing Protocol (Must-Do Within 48 Hours)

To ensure eligibility for warranty claims, please follow this protocol:

  1. Film the package sealing.
  2. Film the unboxing process.
  3. Film the power-on sequence of the drone.

If any issues are found, upload the video via the [Platform Dispute Center]. This is required for warranty claims. Note that the warranty excludes water damage or unauthorized modifications.
