2. Safety Notes
Always read and understand all safety warnings and instructions before using this product.
- Check Recommended Tire Pressure: Always verify the correct pressure for your tires or inflatables before use to avoid risks of over- or under-inflation. Refer to the manufacturer's recommendations for the item being inflated.
- Caution: High Temperature: After extended use, the hose connection may become hot. Avoid prolonged contact to prevent burns. Allow the device to cool down if it becomes excessively hot.
- Proper Connection: Ensure the hose and adapters are properly and firmly connected to prevent air leakage, blockage, or pump failure.
- Keep Away from Children: This device is not a toy. Keep it out of reach of children.
- Avoid Water: Do not expose the pump to water or operate it in wet conditions.
- Storage: Store the pump in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
3. Setup
3.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the ASMAX T30 Mini Air Pump.
- Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the pump's charging port.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a suitable USB power adapter (not included).
- Charge the device for at least 1.5 hours. The battery indicator on the display will show charging status.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power & Settings
- Turn ON/OFF: Press and hold the power button (center button) for 3 seconds.
- Start/Pause Inflation: Short press the power button.
- Reset to Factory Settings: Press and hold both the "+" and "-" buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds.
- Set Target Pressure: Short press "+" or "-" to adjust the target pressure.
- Quick Adjust Target Pressure: Long press "+" or "-" to quickly adjust the target pressure.

4.2 Presta Valve Inflation (Without Air Hose)
This method is suitable for quick inflation when an air hose is not preferred or available.
- Screw the Presta valve adapter (red) onto the pump nozzle, ensuring the small sealing hole faces outward.
- Unscrew the cap on the Presta valve of the tire.
- Loosen the valve nut by turning it counterclockwise until it reaches the top.
- Briefly press the valve with your finger to ensure air can flow out.
- Set the desired pressure on the pump using the "+" and "-" buttons.
- Insert the adapter into the valve vertically and press firmly to begin inflation.
Note: If the tire already contains air pressure, start the pump first, then insert the adapter. Improper insertion may cause air leakage, blockage, or pump failure.

4.3 Presta Valve Inflation (With Air Hose)
Using the air hose is recommended to reduce heat and protect the valve, especially for TPU inner tubes.
- Attach the 12cm threaded air hose to the pump.
- Screw the Presta valve adapter (red) onto the hose connector.
- Make sure the valve nut on the tire's Presta valve is fully loosened (at the top).
- Insert the hose connector vertically and press firmly onto the valve.
- Set the desired pressure on the pump, then start inflating.

4.4 Schrader Valve Inflation (With Air Hose)
- Attach the 12cm threaded air hose to the pump.
- Unscrew the valve cap on the tire.
- Screw the hose connector tightly onto the Schrader valve.
- Set the desired pressure on the pump, then begin inflating.
Note: If the tire already has pressure, start the pump first before connecting the hose.

4.5 Ball Inflation
- Attach the ball inflation needle to the pump or the air hose.
- Insert the needle into the ball's valve.
- Set the desired pressure on the pump.
- Short press the power button to start inflation. The pump will automatically stop when the target pressure is reached.

4.6 LED Light Operation
The ASMAX T30 includes an integrated LED light for use in low-light conditions.
- Turn ON/OFF LED Light: Double press the "+" button.

5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the pump with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: Store the pump and its accessories in the provided carry pouch to protect them from dust and damage. Keep in a cool, dry place.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, charge the device regularly, even if not in frequent use. Avoid fully discharging the battery for extended periods.
6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Error Codes
- Error Code E01: If "E01" appears on the display, it indicates an overheating issue. Allow the pump to rest for 10 minutes before using it again.
- Error Code E08: If "E08" appears on the display, it means "No-Load Detected" – the pressure sensor is reporting zero pressure. Check if the hose is properly connected or if the item is already fully inflated.
6.2 Common Issues
- Pump not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
- Air leakage during inflation: Check that all connections (hose to pump, adapter to hose, adapter/hose to valve) are tight and properly seated. Ensure the valve nut on Presta valves is fully loosened.
- Inaccurate pressure reading: Ensure the connection is firm and there are no leaks. If the issue persists, try resetting the pump to factory settings.
