Maintenance
1. Cleaning
- Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface of the mouse.
- For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild cleaning solution.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the nano ice-sensing coating.
- Regularly clean the optical sensor area with a cotton swab to ensure optimal tracking performance.

Troubleshooting
Mouse not responding:
- Ensure the mouse is charged.
- Check the connection mode (Wired, 2.4G, Bluetooth) and ensure it matches your setup.
- For 2.4G wireless, ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged in. Try a different USB port.
- For Bluetooth, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the mouse is paired. Try re-pairing.
- Try connecting the mouse in wired mode to rule out wireless issues.
Cursor movement is erratic or jumpy:
- Clean the optical sensor at the bottom of the mouse.
- Ensure you are using the mouse on a suitable surface (e.g., a mouse pad). Avoid reflective or transparent surfaces.
- Adjust the DPI settings to a lower value if the cursor is too sensitive.
RGB lighting is not working:
- Check the mouse's battery level.
- Ensure the lighting is not set to 'All Off' mode.
- Use the AULA software to check and adjust lighting settings.
