5. Assembly and Setup
The XY-HT21MAX module is shipped unassembled. Follow these steps for proper assembly and connection.
5.1 Assembly
Depending on the version purchased (Integrated Potentiometer, External Potentiometer, or Integrated Panel), the assembly process may vary slightly. Ensure all knobs, standoffs, and screws are correctly installed.


5.2 Connections
Refer to the connection diagram for proper wiring of speakers, power, and audio input sources.

- Speaker Connection: Connect your right, left, and subwoofer speakers to the corresponding terminals on the amplifier board. Ensure correct polarity.
- Power Supply: Connect a DC 12-42V power supply (10A or above recommended) to the DC power input jack (5.5-2.5MM).
- Audio Input: Choose your desired audio input method:
- Bluetooth: Pair your device via Bluetooth (see Operating Instructions).
- AUX: Connect an audio source using a 3.5mm AUX cable.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Power On/Off
Use the ON/OFF switch located on the module to power the device on or off. The indicator light will blink when powered on.

6.2 Bluetooth Pairing
- Turn on the amplifier module. The Bluetooth indicator will blink.
- On your mobile phone or device, go to Bluetooth settings.
- Search for available devices and select 'XinYi BT' to pair.
- Once paired, the indicator will stop blinking, and you can play music.

6.3 Sinilink APP Control
The module supports control via the Sinilink APP. You can change the Bluetooth name and set a pairing password through the app.
- Download and install the Sinilink APP on your mobile device.
- Connect to the amplifier module via Bluetooth as described above.
- Open the Sinilink APP.
- Navigate to the settings to change the device name and set a password. Click 'set' to confirm changes.
- The app also allows control over music playback and equalizer settings.

6.4 USB Audio Playback
- Insert a USB flash drive containing WAV, FLAC, APE, or MP3 audio files into the USB Audio port.
- Use the Sinilink APP to access the USB flash drive music list and select your desired music.
- The app also allows you to open the equalizer and adjust sound settings.

6.5 Controls
The module features several knobs for fine-tuning your audio experience:
- Master Volume: Controls the overall output volume.
- Subwoofer Frequency (FREQ): Adjusts the cutoff frequency for the subwoofer.
- Subwoofer Volume (VOL): Controls the volume level of the subwoofer.
- R&L Bass (BASS): Adjusts the bass level for the left and right channels.
- R&L Treble (TREBLE): Adjusts the treble level for the left and right channels.
- R&L Volume (VOL): Controls the volume level of the left and right channels.
