4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Basic Usage
The MCHOSE A7X Ultra functions as a standard mouse for navigation. Its ergonomic design and lightweight structure are intended for comfortable use during extended periods.

4.2 DPI Adjustment
The mouse features a PAW3950TI sensor with multi-level DPI customization up to 42000 DPI. You can adjust the DPI settings through the M HUB software to match your preference and game requirements. Typically, there is a dedicated DPI button on the mouse (refer to the function card for exact location) to cycle through preset DPI levels.
4.3 Button Functions
The mouse is equipped with 4 programmable buttons. The default functions are Left Click, Right Click, Scroll Wheel Click, and a side button. All buttons can be remapped and customized using the M HUB software to assign macros or specific functions.
4.4 Polling Rate (Return Rate)
The A7X Ultra supports a double 8K return rate (8000 Hz) in both wired and 2.4G wireless modes when used with the 8K Accelerator. This high polling rate ensures extremely low latency and precise tracking, crucial for competitive gaming. The polling rate can be configured via the M HUB software.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
- To clean the mouse, use a soft, dry cloth.
- For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild cleaning solution.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these can damage the ICEFLOW Glacier coating and other surfaces.
- Regularly clean the optical sensor area on the bottom of the mouse to ensure accurate tracking.
5.2 Battery Care
- Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently to prolong its lifespan.
- If storing the mouse for an extended period, charge it to about 50% before storage.
- Do not expose the mouse to extreme temperatures, as this can affect battery performance.
6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Mouse Not Responding
- Check Battery: Ensure the mouse is charged. Connect it via the USB cable to charge.
- Check Connection:
- Wired: Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the mouse and the computer.
- 2.4G Wireless: Ensure the NANO Receiver is properly inserted into a USB port and the mouse is switched to 2.4G mode. Try a different USB port.
- Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your computer and the mouse is in Bluetooth pairing mode. Re-pair the device if necessary.
- Restart: Try restarting your computer and the mouse.
6.2 Inconsistent Tracking or Lag
- Clean Sensor: Clean the optical sensor on the bottom of the mouse.
- Surface: Ensure you are using the mouse on a suitable surface (e.g., a mouse pad).
- Interference (Wireless): Move the NANO Receiver closer to the mouse or use a USB extension cable. Avoid placing the receiver near other wireless devices or sources of electromagnetic interference.
- Polling Rate: Verify the polling rate setting in the M HUB software. For 8K Hz, ensure the 8K Accelerator is used and properly connected.
- Driver: Ensure the M HUB driver is up to date.
6.3 Buttons Not Working Correctly
