6. Maintenance

6.1. Cleaning the Print Head

To ensure optimal print quality, regularly clean the print head. Use a soft, lint-free cloth lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol. Gently wipe the print head surface. Allow it to dry completely before closing the cover or using the printer.

6.2. Storing Label Paper

Store label rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat or humidity. Improper storage can affect label adhesion and print quality.

6.3. Battery Care

To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. If the printer will not be used for an extended period, charge it to about 50% and store it in a cool, dry place. Recharge it every few months to prevent deep discharge.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Printer not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the Type-C cable to a power source and try again.
  • Poor print quality: Check if the label paper is loaded correctly. Clean the print head as described in the maintenance section. Ensure you are using genuine Niimbot label paper.
  • Cannot connect via Bluetooth: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the printer is within range. Restart both the printer and your device. Ensure the NIIMBOT app/software is up to date.
  • Paper jam: Open the printer cover and carefully remove any jammed label paper. Ensure the label roll is properly seated and not too tight.
  • Labels not feeding: Check if the label roll is inserted correctly and not empty. Ensure the labels are not stuck together.

For more detailed troubleshooting, refer to the comprehensive user manual included in your package or the help section within the NIIMBOT app.

8. User Tips
