5. Setup
Follow these steps to set up your AWithZ P60F Spot Welder:
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all items listed in the packing list are present.
- Connect Welding Pens: Insert the welding pens into the designated P- and P+ connection ports on the front panel of the main unit. Ensure a secure connection.
- Connect Foot Pedal (Optional): If using the foot pedal for triggering, connect it to the 'Trigger Interface' port on the front panel.
- Connect Power Adapter: Plug the fast charging adapter into the 'Input' port on the side of the main unit, then connect the adapter to a suitable power outlet. The device supports 15A fast charging.

6. Operating Instructions
The P60F offers extensive fine-tuning capabilities for various welding tasks. The 2.4-inch HD color screen allows for easy adjustment of parameters.
6.1. Interface Navigation and Adjustment
- Power ON/OFF: Long press the ON/OFF button (power symbol) to turn the device on or off.
- Toggle Options: Short press the ON/OFF button to toggle up options on the display. Short press the Toggle Key (down arrow symbol) to switch down options.
- Return to Home Screen: Long press the Toggle Key to return to the Home screen.
- Adjust Selected Item: Short press the Adjust Key (gear symbol) for single adjustment of the currently selected item. Long press the Adjust Key for continuous adjustment.

6.2. Welding Parameter Settings
The P60F features over ten thousand fine-tuned output modes. Adjust the following parameters via the display:
- Welding Mode: Select between Manual or Automatic.
- Preheat Time: Adjustable from 1–10ms.
- Interval Time: Adjustable from 1–20ms.
- Gear: Fine-tune the welding power from 000–999 levels.
- Trigger Time: Adjustable from 0.5–5.0s.
- Continuous Welds: Set the number of continuous welds from 1–3.

6.3. Welding Process
- Prepare Materials: Ensure the materials to be welded are clean and properly aligned.
- Select Parameters: Adjust the welding mode, gear, preheat, interval, trigger time, and continuous welds according to the material type and thickness.
- Position Welding Pens: Place the tips of the welding pens firmly and evenly on the welding points of the material.
- Initiate Weld: If in Manual mode, press the foot pedal to trigger the weld. In Automatic mode, the weld will trigger automatically upon contact with the material.
