Maintenance
1. Cleaning the Keyboard
- General Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the keyboard surface. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild cleaning solution (avoid harsh chemicals).

- Under Keycaps: Use compressed air to remove dust and debris from between switches. A small brush can also be used.
2. Battery Care
- To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the 4000mAh battery frequently.
- Charge the keyboard using the provided USB-C cable when the battery indicator on the TFT screen shows low power.
- If storing the keyboard for an extended period, charge it to about 50% to prevent deep discharge.
Troubleshooting
1. Keyboard Not Responding
- Check Connection: Ensure the keyboard is properly connected in wired mode, or that the 2.4GHz receiver is plugged in and the keyboard is in 2.4GHz mode, or that Bluetooth is paired and selected.
- Battery Level: Check the TFT screen for battery status. Recharge if low.
- Restart: Turn the keyboard off and on again. Restart your computer/device.
2. Wireless Connectivity Issues
- Interference: Move the keyboard closer to the receiver/device. Avoid placing it near other wireless devices (Wi-Fi routers, cordless phones) that might cause interference.
- Re-pair: For Bluetooth, unpair and re-pair the keyboard. For 2.4GHz, try re-plugging the receiver.
3. RGB Backlight Not Working/Incorrect
- Brightness: Ensure the brightness is not set to minimum or off using the control knob or FN keys.
- Software: If using QMK or custom driver software, check settings for any conflicts or disabled lighting.
- Reset: Try resetting the keyboard to factory default settings (refer to the driver software or specific key combination in the full manual).
4. TFT Screen Issues
- Power: Ensure the keyboard is powered on and has sufficient battery.
- Driver: If custom GIFs are not displaying, ensure the driver software is installed and configured correctly.
User Tips
- Switch Experimentation: Take advantage of the hot-swappable feature to try different switch types (linear, tactile, clicky) to find your preferred typing feel.
- QMK Customization: Explore the QMK firmware to create personalized key layouts and macros, significantly enhancing your workflow or gaming experience.
- Battery Management: For optimal wireless performance, keep an eye on the battery indicator on the TFT screen and charge the keyboard regularly.
