Safety Note: To ensure safety and performance, the gimbal defaults to a fully charged state when it leaves the factory. If the gimbal remains in storage state when turned on, it will automatically shut down after 5 minutes to save power.
4.2 Equipment Expansion
- Hold the gimbal with both hands, fold it upwards directly, and unfold the arm.
- Make the device in the shape of a '7', hold the cell phone clip and turn it counterclockwise to undo the snap.
- Locate the camera logo on the phone clip so that the logo is in the upper left corner.

4.3 Mounting the Phone
When installing your phone, ensure it is in landscape orientation and the phone camera is facing left (matching the direction of the phone clip camera logo).
Magnetic Mounting:
If your cell phone supports the magnetic suction function, you can directly align the back of the cell phone to the magnetic suction position of the gimbal, and then attach it correctly.

Installing a Magnetizing Sheet (if needed):
If your phone does not support the magnetic function, use the included toolkit to install a magnetizing sheet. After cleaning the phone, use the magnetizing sheet positioning card to confirm the paste position. Paste the magnetizing sheet directly on the back of the phone, ensuring it is centered to avoid affecting your shooting experience.
Mounting with Phone Clip:
You can also mount your cell phone using the phone clip. Hold the top and bottom of the clip with both hands and gently pull it apart; the clip will automatically pop out. After installing the phone, push it from side to side to ensure it is roughly centered before turning on the gimbal.

6. Operating Modes
The Smart P2 features a 3-axis anti-shake design, offering various operating modes for professional shooting effects. All three axes can rotate in the normal state.
6.1 F Mode (Follow Mode)
In F mode, the phone will follow the gimbal's movement when you turn the handle left, right, up, or down. This mode is suitable for panning the camera left and right, as well as for upward and downward camera movements.
6.2 L Mode (Lock Mode)
In Lock Mode, the smartphone maintains its shooting direction even when the stabilizer handle is turned. This is ideal for fixed-direction shots, such as push, pull, or pan movements where the camera orientation needs to remain constant.
6.3 POV Mode (Point of View Mode)
If you turn the handle of the gimbal 360° (including any angle such as left, right, up, down, or tilt), the phone will follow. This mode is suitable for dynamic camera movements at any angle, capturing an immersive point-of-view perspective.
6.4 PF Mode (Pan-Follow Mode)
When turning the stabilizer handle left or right, the smartphone will follow the movement. This mode is ideal for capturing smooth panning shots.
6.5 DM Mode (Dream Mode / Inception Mode)
When entering DM mode, the phone will automatically rotate 180° and return. This mode is suitable for shooting cool Inception-style movie effects.
6.6 S Mode (Sports Mode)
The direction of movement in sports mode is the same as in F mode, but with stronger motor power. This mode is suitable for camera movement with fast transitions, allowing for quick and responsive tracking.
