4. Setup
4.1 Mounting the Dash Cam
- Clean the windshield area where you intend to mount the front dash cam and the rear window for the rear camera. Ensure the surface is dry and free of dust.
- Apply an electrostatic sticker to the chosen area on the windshield. This helps protect your window and makes removal easier.
- Attach one of the 3M adhesive pads to the dash cam mount.
- Firmly press the mount with the dash cam onto the electrostatic sticker on the windshield, ensuring a clear view of the road.
- Repeat steps 2-4 for the rear camera, positioning it to capture the rear view or interior as desired (the rear camera swivels).
4.2 Inserting the MicroSD Card
- Ensure the dash cam is powered off.
- Locate the microSD card slot on the dash cam.
- Insert a Class 10 or higher microSD card (up to 256GB) into the slot until it clicks into place.
- To remove, gently push the card in until it clicks, then release.
4.3 Power Connection
- Connect the front power cable to the Type-C port on the main dash cam unit.
- Plug the car charger into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket.
- Connect the other end of the front power cable to the car charger.
- Connect the 5.5m rear power cable to the rear camera and route it discreetly to the main dash cam unit, plugging it into the designated port.
- Once the vehicle engine starts, the dash cam will power on automatically and begin recording.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Basic Recording
The DDPAI N1 Dual Dash Cam automatically starts recording when powered on. It utilizes loop recording, continuously recording video footage. When the memory card is full, the oldest footage will be overwritten by new recordings.

5.2 Emergency Lock (G-Sensor)
The built-in G-Sensor detects sudden movements or impacts. In the event of an accident or emergency, the dash cam will automatically save and lock the current video footage, preventing it from being overwritten by loop recording. The sensitivity of the G-Sensor can be adjusted via the DDPAI App.

6. Parking Monitoring
For 24/7 parking monitoring, an optional hardwire kit (model B0CKVYH963) is required and must be purchased separately. Once installed, the parking monitoring mode activates automatically after the engine is shut down, offering three intelligent modes for reliable protection:
- Time Lapse Recording: Continuously records at a low frame rate to save storage space, capturing extended periods.
- Impact Detection: Records short video clips when an impact is detected, triggered by the G-Sensor.
- Loop Recording: Standard continuous recording while parked, overwriting older files as needed.
6.1 IPS Power Management
The N1 Dual features a built-in IPS power management system. This system constantly monitors your car's battery voltage and will automatically cut off power to the dash cam if the voltage falls below a set threshold. This prevents draining your car battery. You can track your battery voltage through the DDPAI App.

7. App Control & Features
The DDPAI N1 Dual Dash Cam connects to your smartphone via the DDPAI App (available for iOS and Android). The app provides access to a range of features:
- Real-time Preview: View live footage from both front and rear cameras on your phone.
- Playback & Download: Access recorded videos, play them back, and download important clips directly to your device without using mobile data.
- Video Editing & Sharing: Edit your recorded videos and share them on social media platforms.
- Settings Customization: Adjust various dash cam settings, including recording resolution, G-Sensor sensitivity, and more.

8. Maintenance
8.1 Cleaning the Lenses
Regularly clean the front and rear camera lenses with a soft, lint-free cloth to ensure clear recording quality. Avoid using abrasive cleaners that could scratch the lens.
8.2 MicroSD Card Management
While loop recording manages storage automatically, it is recommended to periodically format your microSD card (e.g., once a month) via the DDPAI App to maintain optimal performance and prevent data corruption. Back up any important footage before formatting.
8.3 Super Capacitor Benefits
The N1 Dual is equipped with a super capacitor instead of a traditional battery. This provides exceptional temperature resistance, making the dash cam more durable and reliable in extreme hot or cold conditions, and eliminates the risk of battery swelling.

9. Troubleshooting
- Dash cam not powering on: Check the car charger connection and ensure your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket is functioning.
- Recording issues: Ensure a Class 10 or higher microSD card is inserted correctly and has sufficient space. Try formatting the card via the app.
- Wi-Fi connection problems: Make sure the dash cam's Wi-Fi is enabled and you are within range. Restart both the dash cam and your phone.
- Poor video quality: Clean the camera lenses. Check the recording resolution settings in the DDPAI App.
- Parking monitoring not working: Verify that the optional hardwire kit is correctly installed and connected.
10. User Tips
- For optimal performance, use a high-quality, branded microSD card. Generic cards may lead to recording errors.
- Regularly check the dash cam's mounting to ensure it remains secure, especially after driving on rough roads.
- If you experience frequent emergency lock activations, consider adjusting the G-Sensor sensitivity in the DDPAI App to a lower setting.
- Periodically review your recorded footage to ensure the cameras are capturing the desired views and that video quality is consistent.
11. Warranty and Support
The DDPAI N1 Dual Dash Cam comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. For technical support, warranty claims, or any questions regarding your product, please contact the seller or manufacturer directly. Keep your proof of purchase for warranty validation.
