5.2 Inflation Guide - Presta Valve (Without Air Hose)
- Screw the Presta valve adapter (red, with small sealing hole facing outward) onto the pump nozzle.
- Unscrew the cap on the Presta valve of the tire.
- Loosen the valve nut by turning it counterclockwise until it reaches the top.
- Briefly press the valve with your finger to ensure air can flow out.
- Set the desired pressure on the pump.
- Insert the adapter into the valve vertically and press firmly to begin inflation.
Note: If the tire already contains air pressure, start the pump first, then insert the adapter.
Warning: Improper insertion may cause air leakage, blockage, or pump failure.

Proper vertical insertion of the pump with Presta valve adapter.
5.3 Inflation Guide - Presta Valve (With Air Hose)
- Attach the 12cm threaded air hose to the pump.
- Screw the Presta valve adapter onto the hose connector.
- Make sure the valve nut on the tire's Presta valve is fully loosened (at the top).
- Insert the hose connector vertically and press firmly onto the valve.
- Set the desired pressure on the pump, then start inflating.

5.4 Inflation Guide - Schrader Valve (With Air Hose)
- Attach the 12cm threaded air hose to the pump.
- Unscrew the valve cap on the tire, then screw the hose connector tightly onto the Schrader valve.
- Set the desired pressure on the pump, then begin inflating.
Note: If the tire already has pressure, start the pump first before connecting the hose.

5.5 Inflation Guide - Dunlop Valve / Ball Needle
For Dunlop valves or sports balls, use the appropriate adapter:
- Attach the 12cm threaded air hose to the pump.
- Screw the Dunlop valve adapter or the ball inflation needle onto the hose connector.
- Connect the adapter firmly to the item to be inflated.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the pump with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: Store the pump and its accessories in the provided carry pouch in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, charge the pump regularly, even if not in frequent use. Avoid fully discharging the battery for extended periods.
- Adapter Care: Keep all adapters clean and free from debris to ensure a proper seal during inflation.
7. Troubleshooting
- Error Code E01 (Overheating)
Symptom: "E01" appears on the display, and the pump stops operating.
Solution: This indicates the pump has overheated. Allow the pump to rest for 10 minutes before using it again. Avoid prolonged continuous operation, especially in hot environments.
- Error Code E08 (No-Load Detected)
Symptom: "E08" appears on the display, and the pump does not inflate or shows zero pressure.
Solution: This means the pressure sensor is reporting zero pressure, possibly due to improper connection or the item already being fully inflated. Check if the hose/adapter is properly connected to the valve. Ensure full insertion to avoid air leakage. If the item is already fully inflated, the pump will not operate.
- Pump not turning on
Solution: Ensure the battery is charged. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on.
- Slow inflation or air leakage
Solution: Check all connections for tightness. Ensure the valve adapter is fully inserted and securely screwed onto the valve stem. For Presta valves, ensure the valve nut is fully loosened.
8. Safety Notes
- Check Recommended Tire Pressure: Always verify the correct pressure for your tires or inflatables before use to avoid risks of over- or under-inflation. Refer to the manufacturer's recommendations for your specific item.
- Caution: High Temperature: After extended use, the hose connection and adapters may become hot. Avoid prolonged contact to prevent burns. Allow the pump to cool down if it becomes excessively hot.
- Operating Environment: The pump is designed to operate in temperatures between -10 to 45 Celsius. Avoid using it outside this range.
- Children: Keep the device out of reach of children.
- Water Exposure: Do not expose the pump to water or rain.

The ASMAX T30 is designed for use in various temperatures (-10°C to 45°C).
9. User Tips
- Pre-set Pressure: Utilize the pre-set pressure feature to avoid over-inflation. The pump will automatically stop once the target PSI is reached.
- Air Hose for TPU Tubes: When inflating tires with TPU inner tubes, it is recommended to use the extension air hose. This helps protect the valve and prevents overheating of the pump directly against the tube.
- Check Valve Connection: Always ensure a firm and vertical connection of the adapter or hose to the valve stem to prevent air leakage and ensure accurate pressure readings.
- Portability: The compact size and light weight (0.27lb) make it ideal for carrying in a jersey pocket, saddlebag, or backpack for on-the-go inflation.

The ASMAX T30's compact design makes it easy to carry.
