This system features a 1080P touch monitor and a metal outdoor doorbell with multiple unlocking methods, including fingerprint, password, IC card, monitor, and Tuya App. It provides two-way audio, motion detection, and night vision capabilities to ensure comprehensive monitoring of your entrance.

3. Setup and Installation
3.1 Wiring Diagram
The monitor and doorbell require a wired connection using a 4-core cable. One outdoor station can connect to multiple indoor monitors (up to 6 monitors are supported). Ensure proper wiring for stable operation.

3.2 Installation Process
Follow these steps for physical installation:
- Drill 4mm-6mm diameter holes on the wall.
- Install the rain cover with the 4pcs expansion bolts & screws.
- Connect the wires through the hole.
- Fasten the bottom screw.

Outdoor Installation Notes:
- Power off before installation.
- Avoid installing in direct sunlight, rain, high temperature, high humidity, full of dust, and corrosive chemistry.
- Keep the wiring >30cm away from AC power supply to avoid external interference.
3.3 Power Adapter Types
The system supports various power adapter types. The applicable power adapter will be provided according to your country.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Monitor Interface Overview
The indoor monitor features a touch screen interface for easy navigation and control. The main menu provides access to various functions.

- Status Bar: Displays connection status (WiFi, TF card), human detection status, Do Not Disturb/ringtone volume, and internal call status.
- Internal Call: Intercom between connected monitors.
- Monitor: View camera feed, adjust brightness, contrast, saturation.
- History: Play, view missed and received calls, motion detection logs, and messages.
- App: Access Tuya Smart App functions.
- Call Functions: Lock, Talk, Talking, Mute, Hang Up, Record, Recording, Take Picture.
- Unanswered/Answered: Call status indicators.
- Human Detection Logs: Records human detection events.
- Message: Enable/Disable messages.
4.2 App View and Remote Unlock
Download the "Tuya Smart" APP from the App Store or Google Play. Once installed and logged in, you can view your door anytime, anywhere, and remotely unlock the door.

When someone rings the doorbell, both your monitor and smartphone will ring simultaneously, allowing you to communicate with visitors and unlock the door remotely.
4.3 Motion Detection and Automatic Recording
The system features motion detection. When motion is detected, the device will automatically start recording video or take a photo, even if the doorbell is not pressed. These recordings are saved to the Micro SD card in the indoor unit.

The 1080P camera with a 148° wide-angle lens ensures clear visibility of visitors. The camera's built-in microphone and speaker enable two-way audio communication.
4.4 Access Control Settings
The outdoor unit supports various access control methods. The default master password is 123456.

4.4.1 Master Password Setup
- In standby mode, enter the master password (default is 123456) and press # button to enter settings mode. A double long beep sound will be heard.
- Press 0 and # button to enter into master password setup mode. One long beep sound will be heard.
- Enter a new 6-digit master password and press # button. One long beep sound will be heard.
- Press * button twice to exit into standby mode. A double short beep sound will be heard.
4.4.2 Unlock Password Setting
- In standby mode, enter the master password (default is 123456) and press # button to enter settings mode. A double long beep sound will be heard.
- Press 1 and # button to enter into user password setting mode. One long beep sound will be heard.
- Set a 3-digit cell number from 000 to 199, and press # button. One long beep sound will be heard.
- Set a new 6-digit user password and press # button. One long beep sound will be heard if successful. If the current cell is already occupied, a double short beep sound will be heard.
- Users can add new passwords for new cell numbers. Set new 6-digit user passwords after setting the new cell number. Press # to confirm.
- Press * button twice to exit into standby mode. A double short beep sound will be heard.

4.4.3 Unlock Password Deleting
- In standby mode, enter the master password (default is 123456) and press # button to enter settings mode. A double long beep sound will be heard.
- Press 2 and # button to enter into user password deleting mode. One long beep sound will be heard.
- Set a 3-digit cell number from 000 to 199, and press # button to delete the password. One long beep sound will be heard. Enter 99 instead of a cell number and press # button to delete all user passwords.
- Users can continue deleting passwords by entering their cell numbers and pressing # button after each cell number.
- Press * button twice to exit into standby mode. A double short beep sound will be heard.

4.4.4 RFID Key Setting
- In standby mode, enter the master password (default is 123456) and press # button to enter settings mode. A double long beep sound will be heard.
- Press 3 and # button to enter into wireless unlock key setting mode. One long beep sound will be heard.
- Enter a 3-digit cell number from 000 to 199, and press # button. One long beep sound will be heard.
- Add the keys one by one to the recognized area within 20s. One long beep sound will be heard if successful. If a double short beep sound is heard, it means the current cell number is already used.
- Users can add extra new keys for new cell numbers. Set new cell numbers and press #, then add the new keys to the recognized area one by one within 20s.
- Press * button twice to exit into standby mode. A double short beep sound will be heard.
Alternative way to add unlock keys:
Standby mode press SET button shortly → Reader the keys one by one → Press SET to exit.

4.4.5 RFID Key Deleting
- In standby mode, enter the master password (default is 123456) and press # button to enter settings mode. A double long beep sound will be heard.
- Press 4 and # button to enter into wireless unlock key deleting mode. One long beep sound will be heard.
- Enter 99 and press # button to delete all RFID keys.

4.4.6 Fingerprint Setting
- In standby mode, enter the master password (default is 123456) and press # button to enter settings mode. A double long beep sound will be heard.
- Press 5 and # button to enter into fingerprint setting mode. One long beep sound will be heard.
- Enter a 3-digit group number from 000 to 199, and press # button. One long beep sound will be heard.
- Add the fingerprints one by one to the recognized area within 20s. One long beep sound will be heard if successful. If a double short beep sound is heard, it means the current group number is already used.
- Press * button twice to exit into standby mode. A double short beep sound will be heard.

4.4.7 Memory Reset
- Press SET button for 3 seconds and release until a long beep is heard.
- Shortly press it 3 times and 3x long beeps will be heard.

4.5 Monitor Settings
The monitor allows for various settings adjustments:
- Intercom Panel: Select intercom panel 1 or 2. Adjust ringback volume, intercom volume, lock closing time (sec), monitoring time (sec), and enable/disable RFID badge.
- Motion Detection: Enable/disable for Door 1 or Door 2, set alarm interval (10, 30, 60 seconds), alarm sensitivity level (Low, Medium, High), record mode (Photo, Video), and screen ON when motion detected.
- Monitor: Set monitor number, language (English, Deutsch, Español, Polski, Português, Русский, Türkçe, Українська, Tiếng Việt), SD card capacity, record mode (Photograph, Video), leave message settings (enable, start message time 3/10/20s, record message voice), device restart, reset all settings, and update firmware.
- Date & Time: Automatic date & time, 24-hour format, date format (Year-Month-Day, Month-Day-Year, Day-Month-Year).
- WLAN: View available networks.
- Ringtones: Set ringtones (Standard, Customization, Ringtones1-6), ringtone volume, and ringback volume for calls to other monitors.
- Screen: Adjust brightness, standby mode (Black Screen, Date&Time), start time (30, 60, 90, 120 seconds), end time (3, 10, 30 minutes), screen clean, and touch tone.
- Camera: Set camera name and main URL.
5. Maintenance
- Keep the monitor and outdoor unit clean by wiping them with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Ensure the outdoor unit's camera lens and fingerprint sensor are free from dirt and obstructions for optimal performance.
- Regularly check wiring connections for any signs of wear or damage.
- Periodically review recorded videos and snapshots on the Micro SD card and delete unnecessary files to free up space.
- Keep the system firmware updated to ensure the latest features and security patches.
6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Common Issues
- No Sound from Video Doorbell:
- Check the ringback volume and intercom volume settings on the indoor monitor. Ensure they are not set to 0.
- Verify all audio wiring connections between the outdoor unit and the indoor monitor.
- If the issue persists, perform a device restart or reset all settings on the monitor (refer to section 4.5 Monitor Settings).
- Doorbell Not Ringing:
- Check the ringtone volume settings on the monitor.
- Ensure the "Do Not Disturb" mode is not active.
- Verify the wiring between the outdoor unit and the indoor monitor.
- Motion Detection Not Working:
- Ensure motion detection is enabled for the correct door in the monitor settings (Intercom panel -> Motion Detection -> Enable Door1/Door2).
- Adjust the alarm sensitivity level (Low, Medium, High) as needed.
- Check the record mode (Photo/Video) and ensure the SD card has sufficient space.
- Unable to Unlock via App:
- Ensure the monitor is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.
- Verify that the Tuya Smart App is correctly configured and linked to your device.
- Check your phone's internet connection.

Note on Video Signal:
- Match the doorbell video signal with the indoor monitor. For example, if using a 720P doorbell, the monitor should be set to 720P signal mode. For a 1080P doorbell, the monitor should be set to 1080P signal mode.
- If using the exit button function, the indoor monitor must have a 5V power supply when in standby state.


8. User Tips
- Sound Issues: If you experience problems with the sound on your video doorbell, first check the ringback and intercom volume settings on the indoor monitor. Ensure they are not muted or set too low. Also, inspect all wiring connections for the audio signal between the outdoor unit and the indoor monitor. If the problem persists, a device restart or a full reset of monitor settings might resolve it.
- App Connectivity: For seamless remote access and unlocking via the Tuya Smart App, ensure your indoor monitor maintains a strong and stable Wi-Fi connection. Regularly check your home network and the app's connection status.
